Holiday Inn FRENCH QUARTER-CHATEAU LEMOYNE by IHG

I love the historic building, location is perfect in the French quarter. The staff was friendly and accommodating even giving us umbrellas when it was raining one day. Going through a third party (booking.com) meant we weren’t guaranteed the room requested. But the Holiday Inn itself did ensure we’d have 2 beds but not a room with a balcony which I also requested.

Location was great for our trip. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beds are full size not queen/King so for two adults it’s uncomfortable for the price range. The carpet needs cleaning. This is why I gave it 3 stars as cleanliness and the beds.

Hotel dated and could do with a refurb. Room dark and in need of modernisation. Overlooked a wall so no view. Tea/coffee not replenished two days running. First day was told that cleaning staff had gone home so they couldn't replenish. Second day was told that we needed to ask the cleaning staff beteeen 7 and 8 a.m. if we wanted a top up. After challenging this we were given a voucher to buy in the bar. Staff helpful however one in Reception and one waitress were offhand. Nice breakfast and pool area.

Clean & Convenient. Easy to get around, central to the Quarter.

Wonderful staff from the front desk to the Valet, the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Our balcony room was excellent. I was able to see 5 wedding 2nd lines which I thoroughly enjoyed.. The hotel location was perfect for us as we have nearby friends. We were able to walk to all our favorite places.

Convinced, every thing was in walking distance from the hotel, The food was great the cook was able to accommodate my food allergy

All around nice place and great location

Location was ideal,within walking distance to Canal street and Bourbon st and if if you're attending any wvent at the Caesar Superdome, a 20 minute walk there.. The hotel is outdated and needs some upgrading but cleanliness and the staff makes up for that. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and the food was excellent just be patient it's worth it. I would stay here again if ever in New Orleans

The bed was comfortable and the balcony was nice Not very many options on the TV

There was an opportunity for the desk attendant and after speaking with management I feel the property is invested in their travelers and validated the concern

The property was not well cared for and the staff not very helpful when needed!

It’s an older hotel that has been remodeled. The door to the balcony & bathroom were hard to open. Friendly staff. Amazing location to burbon street. Very close walk to all the action but far enough away at night that you can’t hear it.
