Everything was good but the bed was horrible the mattress needs to be replaced

The hotel is close to everything imaginable in the French Quarter but far enough from bathing in the chaos. I was also upgraded to the one-bedroom suite. It was clean and the amount of toiletries was generous for a 4-night stay. The managers were also very helpful in giving me clear instructions of the premise and answered all of my questions whenever I needed.

If you’re looking for true Nola experience you’d love this place. Walking distance from everything French Quarter, nice room w/ balconies, shaded pool in the courtyard, and my favorite - complimentary voodoo chips. Will definitely be back.

Very nice place, the blonde hair lady was amazing, the gentlemen was also nice and helpful. We definitely will be staying again. They also had free laundry and you can get a single laundry pods from the Walgreens up the street. Felt very safe with the gates and codes and pool was amazing. Only issue was the mosquitoes by the pool but if your in the pool they do t mess with you. If your think g about should you do this instead of a traditional hotel you definitely should do this place !

For being considered the slow season I pretty much had the place to myself. The manager Paul was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was amazing and pool area nice. My room was clean and had everything I needed and more. I was truly lucky finding this spot and if I had a chance to come back I wouldn't bother looking anywhere else.

We had an amazing stay! Awesome location in the FQ and if/when you want to finally to get away from the shenanigans on Bourbon Street for some quiet retreat. Highly recommend and would stay at this property again.

This was our first time in New Orleans and we would definitely stay here again. The studio was beautiful and right by the pool. The staff was friendly as well as some of the actual time share owners. This hotel is close to everything and I truly felt safe the whole time. The pool felt amazing in the July heat and the morning coffee was an added perk. It was a perfect getaway!

I have visited New Orleans three times and each time I have stayed here… I love this place! The location is super convenient… The rooms have all the amenities needed… A balcony by a pool, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, etc.… The staff is helpful when you need them and leave you alone when you don’t!! Which is something that I personally look for in my accommodations! Not to mention the extremely affordable pricing of their efficiency accommodations… I also have to say that I absolutely love the pool. It is always clean, there are always towels available, and it’s beautiful to look at even when you’re not u using it!! I would absolutely stay here anytime visiting Nola!

There was one female employee who was very nice- unfortunately I cannot remember her name. She was working on the weekend days. The manager, Paul was extremely rude on several occasions. The rooms were dated, and the furnishings were a bit worn. In one of the rooms, we found a bedbug. I also found a roach in my room. Without getting into details, I was charged double the rate my friends were charged for a similar room, and neither Booking.com nor the manager would rectify the situation. For the price I paid ($500 per night for a one bedroom), I expected the accommodations to be MUCH nicer than they were. It was a bit shabby- would have been expected for half what I paid, but I was very disappointed.

This property was exactly as advertised and exactly what I was looking for when staying in New Orleans for 2 nights prior to boarding a cruise ship. We were within walking distance to Bourbon Street, many amazing restaurants (including Cafe du Monde), the casino, and the WWII Museum. The location really could not have been any better for us to explore the city. The staff was super friendly and helpful with suggestions for things to see and where to eat. Our room was very spacious and charmingly decorated with a HUGE, gorgeous bed. I definitely knew we were staying in the French Quarter and I loved it! Our room was on the ground floor with a door that opened onto the pool/courtyard area. We were not able to enjoy the pool due to time/weather, but the courtyard area was well maintained and very inviting. We did take advantage of the washer/dryer on premises after getting caught in a rainstorm, and that was a very nice touch. Overall, this place was a great find. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this location.
