Homewood Suites by Hilton New Orleans French Quarter

This was a great stay and very convenient for being able to walk to Bourbon St and the French Quarter. I would definitely book here again.

The hotel overall was good although a few minor things could have elevated the experience. The water pressure was extremely low, the fabric sofa in my room had a few stains amd the bathtub in my friends room was stained and old. Breakfast was great, clean lobby and friendly staff.

Pool was very small. Would have been nice to have some adults only hours.

Easy access to the French Quarter without the traffic hassle. Rooms were quiet, breakfast spread was impressive, staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely would plan utilizing this property again.

The pool was much smaller than expected. Trash wasn't maintained as much as I would have liked.

Its a basic hotel average. I stayed 2 floor in sept 2025 ice machine broken. Still out of service June of 2026.

The room appeared nice and clean upon arrival but once we began bathing we realized the towels were dirty. They were covered in hair and black marks. The lights went out around 11PM and didn’t come back on until nearly 7AM. The hotel staff never made an effort to come to the rooms and let us know there was a power outage. We weren’t given any updates or information at all! In the morning for breakfast, they “ran out” of batter for the waffles and told us “that’s it”. The hotel staff was not helpful at all. Very unsatisfied with the stay.

Front door was little tight to close have to push door to close and Saturday night all the power went out until4am.

Loved the stay. I appreciate the secure ways to keep the guest safe like you had to use your key card to use the elevator or even enter into the property.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay, from the guest services, Breakfast to Excursions. The live band, Happy hours and going to the room and there you have it a variety of snacks waiting for you and catching a movie.

The Location of this hotel was perfect!
