Don't get a room next to the gym on the 2nd floor. All u hear all day long are weights being thrown on the ground.

Great room , service , Breakfast, and price!

Great hotel just a couple of blocks from Bourbon Street!!

The area was key as far being close to Bourbon St. Canal and others. We could take the trolley or bus to wherever we needed because they came right by the hotel or even walk that’s how close we were to downtown. We loved the hotel very nice and clean. We recommend staying there.

The property was overall good for our needs. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Security was good and the property seemed a bit tired…. Could use paint and a deep clean

I have no complaints about property, staff, or amenities. It’s a great location. Rooms have everything you need. Price of laundry detergent seemed excessive but no charge for using washer or dryer. A very nice breakfast buffet. Pet friendly, pool, valet parking-nice place to stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed the free snacks and drinks on Wednesday night. My son stayed at another Homewood suites and did not have the same experience.

The staff made the stay worth it! Joseph was and the other gentleman that handles valet (didn’t get his name) were very helpful, super friendly. Everyone was so nice. Breakfast was awesome and consistent in terms of taste. The rooms were ok, I loved the fact that we had a stove top, large fridge and a microwave. I will definitely be back. The location is within walking distance to all of the excitement.

The daily breakfast menu had something for everyone, very tasty. The Wednesday Appetizer at 5:00 pm was nice, really good hummus and charcuterie selections. Staff were all nice, Michael, at check-in was especially kind and helpful. He directed us to a desk area for my daughter to do her school work, while we waited for check-in. This hotel had plenty of parking spaces, right by the door, for Uber to pick up and drop off. My only complaint would be that, since maid service is only alternating days, they shouldn't skim on the bath towels. They only gave us two, it would be nice to be a little generous, since it was so hot and humid, we wanted to take more than one showers per guest, per day. Other than that, the place was superb, plenty of tables and chairs to sit and always clean.

Great stay near the French Quarter!

Great location and beautiful hotel.

Some were there for 7 days and one night we asked for two extra blankets. I was told that housekeeping left from the day and they had no extra blankets. When we got our housekeeping on one of the days they didn’t leave any towels at all and we asked for more conditioner and that wasn’t there either. Our flight was cancelled and when they called to ask for a late check out until we figured things out she said they couldn’t do it because we didn’t ask before breakfast was over.

The staff were dismissive and horribly rude. We were given a room that already had people in it. When we told the front desk they laughed and instead of focusing on finding us a new room they were carrying on conversations with other people. We mentioned that it was disappointing that no management was present and the clerk said “that’s why I already put in my two weeks” smirked and walked off. This was the worst service I have ever had. We were shooed away multiple time and told there was no manager on site all weekend to help with anything. We were also told there is no corporate customer service number. There was mold in the showers and minimal towels. Just so upsetting. Would never recommend to anyone.

The hotel was nice but the system was down when I was there and it took a long time to check into our room. And the breakfast need a little bit more things like bacon not just chicken sausage. But either then that my stay was ok
-
Check in was absolutely a joke it took hours to get checked in because the system was down and then they was very unorganized. They was giving people rooms that was already occupied. Another incident because of the system being down when we checked in on Friday so Saturday night we was out to come back in they had went in my sister room packed her stuff and put it out because they said she didn’t properly check in but she paid in full for 2 nights in full in advance she was pissed 😡

We had a balcony room but told them a non balcony room would be okay. Management sated they would make an adjustment to the bill for the bad experience. As of 2 days later haven’t heard anything back I called and left a message for management but as of now haven’t heard anything back. The total check in process until we actually got into the second room was over an hour.

The room was comfortable and clean; the food was fair. They could use more waffle makers when there is a full house. The breakfast staff was a little rude and impatient. The only drawback was parking. One should not have to PAY for parking when they are staying at a hotel. FREE PARKING should trump free breakfast, but both would make it a 4-star establishment!

The property was well kept and staff was helpful. The water pressure in the shower was really low and if you are a smoker there are no real areas to smoke.
