Staff was great and yhe room was clean.

Location was amazing! Due to horrible service and timing at the airport’s rental car operations, we didn’t get checked into our room until after midnight. Hotel front desk staff was super accommodating and understanding. Also, we were starving and were concerned about finding a decent meal at such a late hour. The hotel is literally a 2-5 minute walk to everything! We were able to sit down for one of the best meals we’ve ever had in Nola —at 12:30am! Canal St and Bourbon are literally one block away. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Staff was fantastic. Remodeling was nice. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. Toilets too low. No hotels use low toilets anymore

Clean, close to Bourbon Street, and the staff is very friendly. The bed was very comfortable too! A little more expensive than it was 7 months ago.

Every thing no complaints

Walking distance to everything. The rooms are a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable. Definitely all about location and being in a walkable area. Parking is pricey but expected.

Everything was great, except the weird elevator system. To get to your room, you first need to take the elevator to the second floor. Then, you have to walk to the next elevator and take it to your floor. It’s not a big deal, but it was annoying.

The housekeeper was very accommodating and mindful of our privacy request. The desk clerk was also helpful in explaining my method of payment.

The hotel is located very close to Bourbon St but it’s very quiet. It doesn’t offer much in amenities. I had a king suite with a sofa bed. My TV didn’t work and they replaced it within an hour. I had to constantly call guest service. First the TV, then the iron didn’t work. Next time had to call for coffee because they didn’t replace any. Next time they forgot towels. The room was never really cleaned. She made the bed but never vacuumed the rug nor swept or mopped. Really need actual doors not sliding barn doors for the bathroom, they don’t provide any privacy.

Love this location will stay here again. Only downside we had was housekeeping. They didn’t restock the room. We had to ask for towels and tissue. Other than that great stay nice rooms. The staff is very helpful and friendly
