Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans French Quarter/Iberville

we had a great time. Everything was perfect. The staff was great and we enjoyed it.

Everything was all good until a power outage Saturday night, had us with no power for at least 10 hrs. No back up generator had us walking to 6th floor to a hot and humid room. I love the location but not having generators, where does that happen?

The valet parking was a bit expensive I felt but everything else was nice.

This room exceeded my expectations! A very nice, clean and maintained facility!

Wonderful location. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff are exceptional.

This hotel is a must stay,it in the French Quarter within walking distance to all places,staff was helpful and our room was always clean when we got bck,on draw bck no microwave but a fridge.all in all I totally recommend this hotel 10/10

Staff was excellent! Rooms modern and clean. Gym too small not very useful and need a back up power generator due to spontaneous blackout.

Our room had a very musty damp smell that was unfavorable and the bed was very “squeaky” May have just been our room? Staff was terrific!

Parking was pricey but that seems to be the norm in New Orleans. Staff was courteous and property was close to everything,

The front desk was very warm and welcoming.

Very clean hotel, perfectly positioned for French quarter.

I did not like that you had to use 3 entirely different elevators from parking you use 1 elevator to the 2nd floor to check in. The. You use another different elevator to go to ur room. To get to the hotel restaurant you need to go to 2nd floor walk around the checkin area and take a 3rd elevator to the 3rd floor to eat. NOT A GOOD SET UP

Charlie (valet) was amazing. Very close to Burbon Street and Canal Street...maybe a 2 min walk to both. Overall the hotel was nice. However, I believe I had an allergic reaction to either mold in our room or someone previously had an animal in the room. All staff encountered were nice, no issues other than having some weird reaction (allergic) inside the hotel during rhe duration of our stay.
