Perfect stay everything was as expected

Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location. Not on bourbon but walking distance. Balcony wi th a great view of the city.

Great stay, staff was great

The location. We were within walking distance if just about everything, and yet our room was very quiet and comfortable. I can't really think of anything. Maybe it was a little pricey, but that's fine, all things considered.

The entire staff was amazing during my stay. They gave great suggestions and all of them were very kind.They also made sure my stay was comfortable and helped when I asked questions about finding certain locations. Also, I felt the hotel was clean and safe. Oh and the location was amazing! Every morning my sisters and I woke up and walked about 5 minutes to Cafe du Monde to get beignets for breakfast.

Great location and really clean.

Very close to Bourbon Street and easily walkable to all key areas in the French Quarter. Staff were lovely, the pool courtyard was beautiful and it was handy having a cafe and bar/restaurant on site. Beds were really comfy with spacious rooms We had a street balcony view room which was quite loud. The pictures showed a huge balcony but the one we got was tiny, wished we hadn’t paid extra for it in the end. Main noise is cars driving past with loud music and revving but you can also hear Bourbon Street into the late hours. A bin lorry was extremely loud each morning at around 5am (apart from Sunday) which woke us each day. We both felt it was overpriced for what it was though think that’s location driven. There was also a lack of supermarket style shops nearby so not many places to buy snacks to keep in the room

Wonderful staff. Big room. Great happy hour and dinner specials in the bar. Valet parking was super convenient. Highly recommend to everyone.

Exceptional

This is my go to hotel when in New Orleans. The rooms are nice, property easy to get to Bourbon Street, staff is helpful, and price is usually best around for quality. Its walking distance to most of Bourbon Street but far enough off it that the noise isnt an issue to sleep. Valet service for cars means no hassling with parking and food at the restaurant on site is good as well if you dont want to leave the property.

The staff and proximity are the selling points for this property.

Very nice staff

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, if you want to be close to the action (Bourbon St.). The property needs remodeling, but was clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I recommend staying at this hotel, but don’t expect a fancy hotel. It’s very basic and needs remodeling.
