Neat small little place good location

It took 2 hours and a visit to the cleaning staffs office area to get an iron. Never experienced anything like that. $900 for 3 nights that’s unexceptionable. The cleaning staff tried to blame the wait on the front desk lady by stating a text msg with iron request wasn’t sent to her. Complete fabrication, several msgs were sent by the front desk requesting delivery of an iron to my room. Other than that the hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and in a great location. Walking distance from Burbon St and great places to eat.

Overall my experience was really nice. The house keeper really didn't tidy up which was fine considering I was there a few days. It just would have been nice to have the towels replenished and the beds made. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again

I love the total darkness of the rooms! No windows means good sleep! Lol.

The staff was very helpful especially the bellmen and Mr.Charles, Elisha(manager) & Michael. I did see a rat that threw me off completely, the hotel room was near everything which I enjoyed. The “suite” 1 king bed was nearly any space, very compact, definitely not what I would call a suite. I wouldn’t stay here again, I think it’s too close to Bourbon Street seeing rats roam the streets in the area, for convenience I do recommend.

If you to New Orleans this place is a must. The people were awesome, it’s fairly priced, clean and pretty much near anything you may choose to do. I will definitely go back!
