Bluegreen Vacations Club La Pension, an Ascend Collection Resort

Great location

Perfect location to walk to where you need to goin the French Qtr. The room was very clean and loved the decor. I highly recommend this hotel.

one night stay. room was nice and very clean. staff was friendly and helpful. will definitely stay again.

Parking was inconvenient; otherwise the property is great and centrally located.

Very welcoming staff. Clean and fun decor. NOLA vibes exact! It is in the middle of everything you are visiting for. Will def be visiting again!

Beautiful architecture, great location. The best staff if you need something they respond immediately. Unique decor. Well kept and immaculate.

Very huge and clean room. The balcony was a very nice touch. No complaints. Enjoyed my stay and will def recommend

I was moved to a sister property and informed that I should’ve received a call. When I said I didn’t receive a call one of the workers insisted that I did with an attitude. If I did why would I take a Lyft to this property?! Staff were very unprofessional with the matter like THEY were being inconvenienced. The sister property was The Marquee in a far less favorable area. Staff there were very nice and helpful however and the room was exceptional. I will be contacting bluegreen to file a complaint however for La Pension.

Elevator felt very unstable! Walls are thin while waiting in the hall for the slowest elevator I heard the whole phone conversation from a guest down the hall. AC didn’t blow very cold.

Location to everything we came for Elevator felt very unstable! Walls are thin while waiting in the hall for the slowest elevator I heard the whole phone conversation from a guest down the hall. AC didn’t blow very cold.

The check-in was great as was the staff. Accommodations were great as was the location !!!!!

Room design was great

The staff was more than friendly. The room was different from any hotel we’ve ever stayed at which made our New Orleans experience even better. The hotel was very unique with art and unusual decor in every corner. Walking to where we needed wasn’t a problem, and with the close proximity to Canal street, the street cars were right outside the front doors. A+++

It was right in the middle of everything They should have Smart Tv in the rooms instead of limited cable stations

Great room, great staff Nothing

Location was great, right by casino and 2 streets away from bourbon st. We stayed on the 2nd floor and I forgot that the quarter is loud, especially on the weekends. So keep that in mind. Our room had a balcony and we heard everything. But my friends room was on the ally side and they slept ok. Parking was at the Wyndham and not exactly on site. Keep that in mind as well. If I had to do it again, I would because room was spacious and clean for the rate. Location was awesome!!!
