Bluegreen Vacations Club La Pension, an Ascend Collection Resort

The property is poorly maintained. Coach ripped, bathroom sink did not drain, curtain missing from one window, nail protruding from the floor (cut my foot). and had to pound the nail with a knife handle, iron did not heat, one elevator was not in service. The room I paid for was not available because my sister could not access the stairs. Very disappointing.

Amazing staff and beautiful rooms.

Wonderful time! We went with a bigger group and the room worked very well for us with separate sleeping areas. Great location-close enough to walk to bourbon but far enough to feel safe!

I love staying here, it’s one of my favorites when I visit New Orleans. The rooms are an entire vibe… very well decorated always clean and the in-suite amenities are wonderful. There’s a mini fridge, dishes, and that’s so helpful. I love the decor and that each room is uniquely decorated. This hotel is quintessentially in New Orleans. Also, it’s very conveniently located to Canal Street, the House Of blues, and all the restaurants and bars of the French Quarter. I’ll definitely be back.

Our only complaint is the marijuana smell in the whole property. The room was clean and very good vibe!

Booked the two bedroom. They have an early checkout but held our luggage so we could walk around before we left for our next destination. Very clean, helpful, and close to Bourbon Streetand Water. Easy walk to both.

The staff was amazing from the time we walked in the door. The place is super clean. The design of the place is impeccable the roof top was perfect for a quiet hang out! Will definitely be back!

I highly suggest this place. It was such a unique hotel. It was convenient to everything. I give it a 10/10.

Large rooms/studio with renovated bathroom and full kitchen and living/dining space. The hotel is in the french quarter steps away from the aquarium, original cafe du monde, casino and Bourbon Street and all the action. Tons of restaurants are nearby as well as retail stores at the outlet mall. The staff was welcoming and the concierge offered various recommendations for activities and tours. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a unique property. It was furnished kind of quirky which we lived. The best part was having to climb out if the windows to get to your huge balcony.

Location, friendly staff

The staff is fantastic & very attentive , friendly, and knowledgeable of everything that’s available in and around location of the hotel. They will even go as far as to book you, and did you all set up and help me put together a trip for the day of whatever you might be interested in doing! They create a very friendly environment. That’s inviting. Definitely made me feel like I belonged! Also, the rooftop is absolutely gorgeous. Really nice place to just go and soak up some sun are they gonna hang out with Friends in the evening or just take some really cool pictures on the rooftop! Overall, you really wanna have a nice place to stay like a really nice place upscale holiday through and for a great price and even better location stay here don’t waste your time anyone else And to the blue green crew thank you so much for such a wonderful trip for my girlfriend. Y’all really made all the difference. Keep being awesome and an awesome place. See you next vacation.

Good

The hotel was clean and easy to navigate. We liked the option of having 2 separate bedrooms since we were traveling with my MIL. Location is okay, but not ideal for what we were wanting to do. Overall, the stay was nice and we would stay there again in the future.
