Simply the best!!!!

I spent 45 minutes getting phantom charges taken off my bill. The hotel had a loud, party atmosphere from 1pm-midnight. I do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel was a great location and good overall. Went with other couples who chose other hotels. One small thing that was really convenient was that there were always taxis outside our hotel who were often cheaper than uber. Also, went during essencefest and uber had horrible wait times and taxis were right there. Other hotels I visited didn’t have this. Keep that in mind if contemplating on which hotel to choose.

My husband & I have been taking our two young grandsons to the Marriott for the past few years to enjoy their children’s pool. They love it!!! and we love it because they can play & swim safely in the 2ft -3 ft pool. The hotel is in walking distance to the aquarium & the French quarter. We always book a suite with a living room for our grandsons to have room to play. The suites provide beautiful views of the Mississippi River. The hotel staff is very helpful & the hotel is always clean. We also purchase the M club for the convenience of having a good breakfast & dinner in the hotel with snacks & drinks available 24.

Food was great staff was excellent as always, great view from the room and cleanliness is always top notch. This is my home away from home.

Upon arrival at 5:30 pm, our suites were not ready. After discussing the issue with the front desk mgr, she made some amenities available to us for our stay. Perfect!

Really amazing front desk staffs, really helpful. Room was clean and well maintained, but A/C was not cooling as expected. Breakfast included as pre paid, was really good. Good neighborhood to walk around and to explore the city.

I liked that the property was adjacent to everything, didn’t need the car at all

The stay was great. Perfectly located on Canal street. Oh and the shower/water is awsome they must have the worlds best water softener… The staff was so great.

Hotel was very clean and cared for. The air conditioner was loud in my room. Didn’t keep me awake, just annoying.
