Great room

Front office staff was able to help us with a mishap in days. We arrived a day later due to delays, but called and they were able to check us in a day earlier so our hotel room was available the next morning and we didn’t have to wait. Then my roommate hurt their leg and needed a room closer to the elevator, front desk immediately helped move us. I wished t remembered the girls babe, Latina glasses long hair, she was a delight. Also the trainee helped me get my tour gift cards in order. I received some used ones in error and she got them fixed. Top notch service

The overall experience is fantastic, great room with a beautiful city view. The staff is very attentive providing great service. The bar beautiful and the bartenders service is on point, one of if not the best Hurricane in the city! Very central in the French Quarter, easy walk to Bourbon St, Jackson Square, Frenchman St and the main strip on Canal.

To many unexplained persons outside main entrance trying to coordinate pick up and drop offs (not in uniform or look like worked at hotel).

We booked a room for three people for a certain price. When we checked out, Marriott charged us a Extra Guest Fee yet there were only three of us

Overall, this was a really great hotel. Very clean, comfortable beds, my room was quiet. I stayed for a conference and the elevators were fast with lots of in-room dining options. The pool was just ok but there was a bar, no hot tub which was a bummer for me. I liked the hotel and for a work conference, it worked great. Lots to do within walking distance to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter.

Room was clean and comfortable. Gym and pool were nice.

Toilet seat was broken, the replaced with a seat that wouldn’t go all the way down properly. Went to the pool for the first time and we just walked into a scene filled with security due to a fight that had taken place. They shut the pool side bar down due to it, we stayed 20 minutes and left. Felt very uncomfortable with our two daughters with us.

The hotel was Excellence in all areas, and the staff outstanding

The room was clean, breakfast had variety and it was delicious, the staff were helpful

Marriott is a quality brand and this visit fell short of customer service and quality.

Everything was clean!! Super clean! And safe being that bourbon st is right around the corner. No complaints at all. Definitely recommend!!!!!

It was okay..Customer service was okay

The location is perfect, centrally located for walking to Bourbon St. or restaurants/bars close by. We were even able to walk to the convention center during Essence Fest. The lobby was a vibe the entire weekend!
