No hotel parking but I prepaid parking next to hotel P406. The lounge and bar area was very nice. I stay a rhe Hyatt Centric in Memphis and the room was also Hi-tech design. I would suggest to upgrade the shower head to rain with handheld spray. A motion sensor light on the side of bed would allow your guest to get up at night and not running into anything.

First encounter with night clerk was not welcoming. He was rude and not very helpful and seemed annoyed with our questions and late check in. Place is nice need to work on staff personality. Parking is in a lot and the price per day ridiculous. I left to a hotel that had valet at a lower rate.

Lovely newly renovated hotel. In keeping with original building. Great air conditioning. Super riverside location and easy access to French quarter. Bar area quiet and pool small but served its purpose. We would definitely recommend it.

Made a last minute reservation and really enjoyed it. Great location and the staff was very accommodating and kind. Would definitely come back the next time I'm in New Orleans. Would love to book one of their suites with a balcony!

2 downsides though: (1) We knew from the website that we’d have to pay for parking, but outdoor self-parking directly behind the hotel is $66 per day! That is excessive. I did a little Googling and learned that we could self-park across the street at the Westin (indoors) for $40 per day. One11 does not tell you that. They direct you to park behind them. And if you don’t pay immediately, you WILL get booted…even if you’ve only been out there a few minutes; my fiancé and I watched people get booted from our hotel window. The Westin is a much better deal and has the same convenience. (2) We stayed there for 3 nights. We were told when we arrived that the kitchen was down. So complementary breakfast in the morning was not good. No cooked options on any of the 3 mornings we were there. No hot eggs, no sausage, no oatmeal. With the exception of waffles we had to make ourselves, just cold breakfast options like cereal, bagels, pastries, yogurt, and fruit. I’ve had much better hotel breakfasts. Would I recommend? Yes…either don’t drive or just be prepared to pay for parking and plan to eat breakfast elsewhere.

Very convenient location, beautifully renovated building, nice outdoor pool, sky deck on the 8th floor, tastefully styled lobby, breakfast was included.

I had a room assigned next the elevator and wanted to change to a quieter room, which the staff didn’t want to do, despite the hotel being quite empty. Not vey helpful!

Great experience if you like a newly renovated hotel near French Quarter.

I was little hot inside the room

This is a beautiful hotel which has been completely redone. Almost as an upscale boutique style setting. Everything was very nice, beds were comfortable, breakfast was simple but good. Our room was a corner room and it appears to be slightly smaller (walls were angled) and it can definitely be noticed. My only true complaint for the establishment is the walls appear to be thin, and the floors were thinner, entire conversations can be heard from above. Also be mindful that this is located beside the train tracks, which run throughout the night (horns blaring).

I really enjoyed everything. But we did have to change rooms because of the air conditioner. But overall it was nice.

We had a great stay! Everything was spotless. The staff were wonderful and very responsive to our requests. The location was perfect with an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go, but far enough away that it wasn’t loud at all. The bartender was great and we enjoyed our visit with her. The pool was small but never crowded and had plenty of seating. We would definitely stay here again.

Great and friendly staff.

My only minor complaint was that it was quite dusty behind the bed. As someone with allergies, it made things a little difficult for me. I didn’t get a chance to ask the staff to clean it, but based on my experience, I believe they would have taken care of it right away. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel

The room and facilities were nice. Certainly had the old school feel we wanted for New Orleans was achieved. Only issue we had was the AC has a tiny on/off button that isn’t easily identified and we couldn’t figure out how to turn it in on until the next day. But other than that. We enjoyed our stay.
