It was very clean but need more options on food

When we first checked in the parking arrangement was not disclosed to us that while staying here we would need to pay $67 to park in the parking lot that is also open to the public. The front desk guy also was acting rude which already had left me sour. At around midnight the explosion that occurred under bourbon left all the guests with no power or air conditioning. Had to find that out by walking to the front desk and having to ask them why the air conditioning wasn’t working. It did not turn back on for hours. When checking out, the front desk guy made a joke about the air conditioning not working. I feel as though if I’m gonna pay to stay at your hotel we should have either gotten discounted parking or had that disclosed to us before booking our stay.

The property was really nice , all though you have to pay for parking which is $66 for 24 hours. They don’t have valet parking . It’s very close to everything 11 mins away from bourbon . During our stay on Saturday night the lights went out . We were told that basically they couldn’t give our money back for that night due to the fact we check out tomorrow & basically it didn’t have anything to do with the hotel because it was a city thing. Overall the hotel was really nice and staff were really helpful I just didn’t like the simple fact you had to pay for parking every night , and we couldn’t get out money back for that inconvenience. Would I recommend, yes , would I go during the 4th again no .

Cool hotel - good AC and a clean room
-
It’s a nice property. Felt clean. The walls were thin and we could hear people talking in the room next to us. The bartender did look annoyed any time we asked him a question. The waffle maker wasn’t turned on one morning.

Lovely, convenient location. Quiet and cool - great escape from the heat and humidity. Walkable to both the French Quarter and the Convention Center. I loved all the bathroom amenities and the included water bottles were great. Will definitely stay again.

The location of the property was wonderful. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating to our party.

The hotel was so clean and the staff was very polite and friendly.

I liked that the location was at the end of the French Quarter, close to restaurants and activities but still far enough that you don’t hear all the partying. You do hear the boats but that didn’t really bother us. The aesthetics in the room were nice. The rooftop was pretty. The breakfast was disappointing so we didn’t even bother with it. We left and went to a restaurant each day. The pool was kind of dirty so we didn’t get in. Wish we had a fridge & microwave because we couldn’t take our leftovers from restaurants. The pillows on the bed weren’t great and the daily cleaning could have been better.

Very enjoyable stay and nice hotel

We liked this hotel a lot. We appreciated that it was close to the French Quarter, but also a little removed and quieter. Our AC went out, but the staff quickly had us move to another room where it was working. Very cool building and a great experience!

Nice mid-sized hotel. Central location. Helpful, friendly staff.

A train went by several times a night, they leave complimentary ear plug ls in the room. Breakfast was awful and the breakfast staff was worse. Room was clean

We were 4 collegagues at a conference in walking distance from the Hotel. I can deeply recommend a stay at One 11. The Area is quiet. It is near the Central part of NOLA. All in all a super nice stay.

Our room was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed was so comfortable and our pillows were perfect. Very quiet and loved how safe and secure we felt. We even got snacks and hung out on the rooftop lounge area and it was beautiful. We will definitely be back!
