Convenient enough location if you don’t mind walking a few blocks to French Quarter area; not badly priced. Terrible parking facilities. Difficult to get into - expensive and an older garage; home to quite a few rats! Spooky!, but NOLA is an old city.

Rooms should be cleaned daily. Guests should not have to ask for them to be cleaned.

My stay was very pleasant and it was very close to a lot of things in the area to do , I enjoy my stay here will be back .

The staff the first 2 days were very friendly but my last day the lady working the front desk was very unfriendly. The hotel was clean however the location is not the best. The area has homeless people walking around and people on drugs looking thru trash cans. I definitely won’t stay here again because of the location.

Unfortunately, there were a few housekeeping and maintenance issues during my stay. I was disappointed to find a used washcloth under the sink when I arrived in my room. Housekeeping also had to be requested before 8 a.m. in order for the room to be cleaned, and getting the sink to drain consistently was a frustrating experience. Overall, the location was great, but the housekeeping and maintenance issues took away from what could have been a much better stay.
