Ice machine wasn’t working on the 5th floor, drink machine took my money and couldn’t get it back

Everything was well with the property. Loved the entrance and how they had a cafe' and beautiful decor. The only thing I didn't like was me having to park off property bc of the size of my vehicle.

While the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, both of our hotel rooms were dusty and dirty. When we walked into the room, we were greeted by a roach, then proceeded to find everything from clumps of hair in the bed sheets, to old soap in the bathroom. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and understanding. Jack went above and beyond to help us navigate the challenges in the rooms we we were given.

Was a great stay

Perfectly located to dining, French Quarter, and Bourbon Street!
-
Clean room, but Mold on curtains.
-
Front desk was helpful. Rooms were okay but my linen was dirty. Couldn’t really relax after that. Parking garage next door was sold out so I had to park a block down in an unsecured lot.

Everything and everyone was nice

Beds are a little stiff - but we only stood one night. And THANK GOD WE DID, the male that was working check in lastnight HORRIBLE ATTITUDE after we told him different pricing online and the info we got BEFORE we even arrived. He clearly doesn’t love/like his job, he has to go. same time at check in, was told there wasn’t going to be water the next day, if we would’ve have known before hand we would HAPPILY booked another hotel.

The room didn’t have a handle on the bathroom door. There was no hospitality at all during our stay, and the garage is not conducive to all car types. It’s very tight. I was very disappointed.

It is super old, rooms look very old and shabby. Only plus is its location is very good.

It was a beautiful place to stay. Everything and everyone is excellent. Plenty of hot water. Very friendly and accommodating. Jack and Brett at the front desk are wonderful and friendly. Saturday night I got lost and called the front desk. They stayed on the phone and talked me through how to get back to the hotel. I believe Jack was the gentleman that helped me. The streets were closed everywhere and he told me what to do. I have never seen nicer employees the second floor cleaning ladies where friendly and respectful and helpful. One lady didn’t know very much English but she gave us fresh towels. I loved staying there.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room smelled like pee. The shower curtain had mold on it. Our car windshield was cracked. The General Manager was no help at all. Couldn’t tell me how it happened when it was parked in their garage and was not moved. The pretty much told me that all my issues with the stay is my fault. The towels and wash clothes stink.
