Stayed here twice & i loved it each time! Always clean & the staff are very helpful & nice. The view from the room is great , & the hotel is very close to bourbon st, about a 5-10 minute walk. I will stay here everytime i come to Nola!

Found this hotel last minute when my other reservation didn't work out. Check in was seamless! Staff very nice! Rooms are a bit small but I loveeeeee the shower! Close to canal. Walking distance.. will probably stay here everytime I visit New Orleans!

The receptionist and bartender were so accommodating and nice! Truly loved my stay here!

The room was excellent! I really enjoyed the lobby and the bar/restaurant was open for guests until 11pm.

There wasn't a fridge or microwave in the room; however, there was a microwave available for use. The staff kept guests refrigerated items in a refrigerator and retrieved the items when requsted. That was very helpful. The staff members were great!

Location was awesome. I needed a drug store and one was just in walking distance from the hotel. The hotel staff was really nice. First night there the valet did not seem very helpful. I said I wanted to valet and I was told at least twice that I could self park behind the hotel. The person finally did valet our vehicle though.

I liked everything about the property! The only thing I didn’t like is that it took the air forever to cool down. The front desk receptionist said the air system was having some trouble. After awhile it cooled down though

Our Ac did not work properly. We were hot for 3 days straight it never got cold enough in the room. I had to come out of my clothes the whole weekend at night.
