The Troubadour Hotel New Orleans

Great place to stay with paid parking across the street or free parking on the street. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean and polished.

Its quiet. the issue we had was fixed in 20 minutes.

Great price for value if stay

Hated that there was no valet and the roof top bar wasn’t open.

First night we arrived, we were assigned a room that was already occupied but it was quickly rectified. Unfortunately, the second night, another guest were assigned to our room while we were out and the guest had already had their things around our room and had already showered. Overall, I did like the hotel for its location and tidiness.

The parking is an extra cost and it’s expensive considering! All the restaurants and top floor are not accessible or down.

Everything was nice but in my bathroom sink the cold water knob was broken. Hot water was really hot which is good but I needed the cold water to balance it out.

Our stay was Great, nice staff and the room very nice also for the price. Location was great too. Would visit again!!

Staff was great. Very friendly and inviting. Only down side was that the rooftop bar was closed which we didn’t find out until we booked. We paid for 24 hour parking across the street but by the time we came back from our event the parking lot was full of cars that didn’t pay. I know because they all had boots on them. Needless to say we had to park somewhere else and pay again.

Hotel is very dated, not very clean, a little sketchy and needs significant updating.

Quit nice looking and feeling. Staff did well. Staff is friendly and it’s a generally nice room. Just too many negatives for my true satisfaction… Remote didn’t work and tv access is terrible - barely functioning - glitching, slow, no real guide, etc. Plug outlets do not function well, plugs fall out of them. Air quality is not good, I’m not sure why we step in and begin sneezing and becoming stopped up immediately No parking at all, $30 to park across the street, it’s just ridiculous. Light literally falling off the wall Fridge froze our drinks overnight $5 for a new basic soda from hotel… total lack of options. No bar or breakfast or food available, despite descriptions saying there was. No fans in bathrooms. Etc.

The staff was great. I appreciate that there’s parking directly across from the hotel, though it is kind of pricey.

Garage nearby was a scary experience. Really tight parking. I would suggest outside parking lots.

Exceptional

The staff was pleasant. No one stood out by providing exceptional service but no one was horrible. The roof top bar and restaurant were both closed so nothing to eat at the hotel. Nice area and convenient

I didn’t like it at all, very bad hotel,

Everything was great. Only thing we noticed is there was only 3 towels in a room that sleeps 4. Other than that, everything was great.
