My 2nd stay at Superdome Holiday - will return.

My 2nd stay at Superdome Holiday Inn- and did not disappoint.

The hotel was very nice and had great amenities. The location is perfect and make it easy to walk up to 25 minutes to the main attractions. Only issue was the toilet handle had want flushing properly which I was able to fix and were given dirty towels a couple times which they rectified.

Breakfast was good, room was nice. Only thing that wasn’t good was the water pressure in the shower. Great location.

Rooms very clean & comfortable beds. Location is great and overall good value for money. The check-in process was a bit slow, plus required a deposit which wasn’t mentioned rather than just taking card details.

Nothing! It’s almost like staying at your evil grandparents! Housekeeping can just come in your room at 8am even tho check out isn’t until 11! Paid $45 to park and had to run to the front desk every time I tried to drive in or out garage. Front desk said it was because I left and didn’t return until a certain time which shouldn’t matter what time my grown adult self comes back to a hotel! Horrible I’ll never book again!!! Housekeeping is absolutely insane and just completely invaded privacy.

Loved the waiter Jordan! Front desk was so helpful!!! Always helped when needed! Security was helpful with parking garage! Small elevators! No air on elevators!

Clean room in a great location to the French Quarter.

All was great! The room is big with 2 bads and nice restroom with good shower room.

Great location and very clean, the staff was friendly and the parking was secure. The pool was closed.

I enjoyed breakfast very much. Nadia was so warm and welcoming. I used the laundry. It was very clean and convenient. The staff were all so helpful. Transportation was difficult to understand. Transit maps would be helpful.

Overall the hotel was nice and the staff was helpful. The pool is a slip and fall hazard, be very careful with those wet tiles.
