Lovely property, fabulous large rooms - staff on reception were abit miserable & 1 lady in the bar but balanced by other team who were amazing! Defo book as hotel in excellent location & rooms oversized & very comfortable

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and eager to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to get to nearby attractions and restaurants.

Additionally, the lack of EV charging stations on the property created a significant inconvenience. When we inquired about charging options, your staff directed us to another hotel, Lowes, to use their EV charging station. However, upon arrival, we were informed that only registered guests of that hotel were permitted to use the chargers. Because we relied on the information provided by your staff, we ultimately spent approximately four hours searching for and waiting to access an available charging station. This caused unnecessary stress, wasted valuable time during our trip, and negatively impacted our overall experience. We believe your staff should have verified the availability and access requirements for the recommended charging location before directing guests there. We hope you will consider adding EV charging stations to your property and ensuring staff provide accurate information regarding local charging options to prevent future guests from experiencing similar difficulties. We respectfully request that management review this matter and consider an appropriate response to address the inconvenience and frustration caused by this experience.

This location was well received by Marcus because they were very friendly always was available to help and the actual hotel is very clean. I really enjoyed my stay there. It was convenient to every place. We needed to go around the area and it was very accommodating.

The breakfast was not good 😐 at all and it was over priced i would not recommend it to anyone

Could have provided refrigeration in room….cooler full if there amenities

I had a comfortable stay and the staff were very friendly, but this intercontinental is extremely outdated and does not match the level of finish of their newer properties. The rooms themselves are very dark and don't smell like they get enough fresh air. Because of the way the building sits, the rooms are very dark and dont get a lot of natural light.

Walking distance to convention center, Canal St, and Borubon.

Front desk is helpful and kind. They are the reason for my high rating. As far as the rooms. My room was never cleaned nor filled. Upon arrival I had to call the front desk (very helpful and prompt) for robes and slippers because there weren’t any in my room. The towels , and tub mat were dirty . Very clear they were refilled from the previous travelers. I put them in a corner to be replaced. The next morning they were removed and nothing was replaced so I had to call the front desk again for towels a tub mat and was clothes. Again front desk is 5star. Whomever cleans the rooms -1 I was never greeted my entire stay and they did absolutely nothing but re spread the same bed sheets daily and dirty towels . definitely bring down my rating

Needs improvement on housekeeping, needed more facial towels, cleaning or replacing the 2 drinking glasses, and reminders to clean room. I also think tvs need to be smart tv to be able to access Netflix, New Orleans has awesome food, that we brought back to our rooms, but no microwaves to use to reheat food. I think all rooms should have smart tv, microwave and refrigerator

The fridge in the room was full of minibar items and I couldn't store my insulin. Ridiculous

It was an adequate experience not the best we had hoped for.

Great short stay at Intercon! Check-in staff was so helpful to arrange 5 rooms on the same floor for our group. Very walkable to French Quarters!

It is within walking distance of all the places we love.
