Well kept and amazing location. Nice, clean rooms and amenities. One of the best stays we’ve had in a long time.

The atmosphere and ambience were great. They are also centrally located.

Overall all I would find a more updated hotel or if you want more of an authentic feel stay closer to the French quarter in a classic hotel model. Unfortunately I would not recommend staying here.

Staff very helpful and courteous and rooms are very clean

The staff were absolutely fantastic from the front desk, restaurant and room cleaning I was really pleased. They made our anniversary very memorable. The breakfast was amazing especially the omlette station. The bar was good as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at the InterContinental New Orleans! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and we absolutely loved how close we were to the French Quarter. The balcony was definitely one of our favorite parts of the room, and the two complimentary drink vouchers on our first night were such a nice little bonus! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to New Orleans.

Had the best Cocktails at Pete’s. Requested towels at desk and housekeeping beat me to the room! Every Employee encounter was very professional and friendly .

The property was overall incredible and the staff was very nice, helpful with recommendations for people new to the area.

hotel is centrally located. close to almost everything. lots of places to eat in the surrounding areas. convenient parking next door too! Will definitely be back here in the future!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The bed was comfortable and perfect for one person. The only thing I had an issue with was minor.

Excellent hotel

My new spot for every time I come to New Orleans

Celebrating my birthday with special friends! This hotel was in walking distance to Canal(out the hotel turn right and walk up towards canal). Convenient to everything. Hotel staff in check-in was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean. There’s a fridge in room-however, it used as the mini bar so you’re unable to put leftovers or your own water in fridge.

I was disappointed that my room on the fifth floor had a balcony that people were casually walking on. The young lady at the front desk promptly moved me to the 12th floor without any hassle. After checking out, they kindly held my bags behind the desk, allowing me to explore the city further before departing. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to the city.

Nice property, clean, great gym!

The room was very clean and the balconies were huge for the King Room with Balcony.

Didn’t like the fact the room had no microwave nor refrigerator to use for personal use. Just an alcohol beverages that was overly expensive and a waste of space.
