Such a cute hotel. Great location and the service was excellent! We’ll be back!
-
luxurious, artistic, and beyond hospitable! the building was nearly silent even during the day. i appreciated the tea/coffee delivery each morning and the decadent little treat delivered to my door. highly recommend in every way!

Lovely stay in the city! Great accommodations and incredible decor!

This is a small and unique property, with a very welcoming staff. It is a "throw back" to the times when hotels were a special place and not a chain commodity. The rooms were large and well appointed. The hotel is close to the Vieux Carre, but far enough away from the madness of Bourbon Street. Our room had the best hotel shower ever - which says a lot about the quality of the property in general. I would not hesitiate to stay there again.
-
The hotel is beautiful and the room was very clean and spacious. The tv in our room didn’t work and there wasn’t any hot water from the bathroom faucet. We didn’t find the front desk staff to be very helpful. This was surprising given the cost of the hotel.

Wonderful!!

My favorite hotel in downtown New Orleans. The regal accommodations paired with the bespoke speakeasy was lovely

Gorgeous Hotel. A visual vibe. The staff is absolutely amazing, the hotel is clean and there’s such attention to detail. Totally worth the price.

The staff was definitely the best part of our stay, the rooms were fine, we had no issues but we were hoping for a little more special decor or something to match the extraordinary prices (though we know Jazz Fest means $$$). For the money we could have stayed at many other high end places-the staff was excellent. Not sure I’d make a special point to return but no major complaints.

The staff (Irish) and (Madonna) were very helpful. The breakfast was lovely including overnight oats, avocado toast, French toast, pancakes and eggs of course, fresh fruit, and coffee. Speaking of coffee, upon request the night before, fresh coffee will be delivered to your door in the AM at the hour you request, a lovely perk. We travel a lot, and Maison Metier makes it into our top five favorite hotels. The interior design is extraordinary, evoking bygone days and a sense of mystery. Care and thought have gone into every detail. Just lovely! I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel located in a perfect area to walk to the French Quarter but not have all the crazy at your doorstep. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are large. Great little speakeasy style bar attached to hotel. Highly recommend!!

The hotel itself is gorgeous, great location for an easy walk into town, and cannot speak highly enough of the staff there. They were all so lovely- also love the complimentary wine and cheese night! My only issue with this property is, which is also a fault of my own, I booked this for 3 adults via booking.com, the room was described as a "triple room" twice in the description and stated "one bed". Of course, one would assume that also means a pull out bed, it didn't. Considering how much we spent on this hotel I was disappointed with this "miscommunication" or "miss selling". Again, it's in the fine print, not sure if this is booking.coms faults or the hotels, but please remove the description as a triple room and thinking 3 adults can stay in one bed- feels super unheard of unless that's your vibe.... such a shame as the hotel was gorgeous but just disappointing and felt slightly misled. Also perpetuated by the fact everything in the room was for 2 people... not 3

We stayed here on our wedding night and the room was absolutely stunning! The staff also made our stay so warm and inviting!

This hotel is beyond beautiful, and the staff are EXCELLENT. Everyone was kind, attentive, helpful, and professional. This is the best hotel I've every stayed at! My husband and I went for our honeymoon -- it was nice to visit the sites and then stay here in the Business district. It was easy to catch the trolley right down the street.
