Everything was perfect, staff was great and professional

Always a good stay at a Virgin property!

Parking was $60 a night but there was street parking. We opted not to park free on the street due to not knowing the area well enough. But if you stay go to Willie Mae’s down the street. It was a great location and close to several attractions so. If you’re looking for a nice girls trip or a weekend of fun I would recommend

Great stay

My experience there was off the charts. I was treated like a VIP from the outset until checkout. I was there for only one night yet the front desk agent made sure I understood what amenities I had and their availability to assist me whenever I needed them. The products used in their suites were phenomenal. Definitely first class experience!

The hotel was great and the staff were super helpful. My only issue was the incredible pool area and rooftop. I enjoyed the event on Juneteenth but since the pool is so small it made it hard for me and others to enjoy it because there wasn’t enough room or chairs for hotel guests. It’s so popular so not sure it’s an issue that can be solved but it’s worth noting.

Roof top pool, great room, friendly staff 10/10

Definitely book this hotel — it is worth it, especially if you can get it in the $100-$190 range per night. It’s a beautiful hotel, the bed is super soft, amenities are updated and nice. The rooftop was great and the bars were great, the food was solid too. Good location. One of the staff members came off a bit rude, but it was most likely due to how busy they were at the time. One of the bartenders was an ***hole though, which wasn’t the best experience as we were celebrating a special occasion. Vonn at the front desk was amazing!

Our stay was amazing. The vibe is really cool, and the staff was very attentive. The only down side is that they allow local residents to buy passes to the pool - which is fairly small - and when we tried to use it, it was essentially full to capacity. There was no seating and the pool was literally elbow to elbow and the music was blaring! Certainly not a leisurely way to relax.

Great place and the staff very friendly.
