Virgin Hotels New Orleans

Very clean. The property was great. Just didn’t like you had to pay to get in the pool. It’s a small pool, only 3ft and a lot of people cannot get in it at once. You can only look pretty in the pool. No swimming. Didn’t like the hidden fees that came with the establishment. Over all it was a great place to stay. I will stay there again now that I know what to look for. I didn’t pay for any breakfast. The bar was great. I had a Long Island ice tea and it was great. Had a good little buzz from it, so that was good for me. You get a 15 dollar credit on the mini bar in you room if you opt out of the house keeping service.

The room was nice and clean and we had plenty room. I like the nostalgic refrigerator and the mini bar.

The property is very beautiful! Not your standard hotel. The artwork is amazing and is very unique. Will always re-book when visiting New Orleans.

​From check-in to departure, the service was remarkable. Huge shoutouts to Keeva and Kyle at the front desk for their warm welcome and thoughtful care throughout our trip. The doormen out front were also unbelievably friendly and helpful at every turn. ​We travel for food, and Commons Club blew us away. The culinary and cocktail offerings were exemplary—rare for a hotel restaurant. Sincere compliments to the chefs! Erik behind the bar was phenomenal; we spent three evenings with him enjoying his incredible bespoke cocktails. Sienna served us at dinner and brought top-tier energy and hospitality. ​The hotel amenities are excellent across the board. The gym is state-of-the-art with top-quality equipment. We also spent a day at the rooftop pool; while on the smaller side and likely busy in peak season, we had zero issues securing loungers right by the water, and having the pool bar right there was a great touch. ​It’s rare to find a property where every single department delivers at this level. Unbeatable location, vibrant atmosphere, and world-class staff. We can’t wait to come back!

I’ve noticed this issue in multiple stays, but it’s particularly prevalent in this particular room. The showerhead is clogged with residue, and the shower itself doesn’t appear or feel clean. I’ve also noticed mildew growing in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable to shower. So I did not shower during my stay. I wouldn’t have taken a shower in the bathroom without shower flip-flops, and that’s enough to deter me from returning. I’m probably just one more stay away from never coming back because of the bathroom conditions. I regret not informing someone at checkout about the shower issue, but I was on a tight schedule.

Come for the cute aesthetic but stay for their southern hospitality. I’ll be coming back and recommending this hotel to everyone and their mother.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. Friendly staff. The hotel bar makes delicious drinks. The rooftop area is fun.

The Virgin Hotels New Orleans was absolutely awesome! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was fun, stylish, and welcoming. The hotel has such a great vibe, and the rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The rooftop pool and bar were definitely the highlight! The views of New Orleans were incredible, and the pool area was the perfect place to relax, enjoy a cocktail, soak up the sun, and take in the atmosphere. The drinks were fantastic, the music and energy were great, and it was exactly the kind of rooftop experience you want while visiting New Orleans. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the entire hotel had a fun, upscale feel without being stuffy. The location was also perfect for exploring the city. I absolutely loved my stay at Virgin Hotels New Orleans and would highly recommend it! The rooftop pool and bar alone are worth the visit. I will definitely be back! ❤️🌴🍹✨
