This was my families first time in a Virgin property. The hotel itself is very nice but There was a discrepancy with house cleaning procedures. Once established the stay was great! Will definitely visit again.

Overall the property is beautiful. The coffee shop is great. The restaurant and bar are beautiful. The rooftop pool is not much bigger than a soaking tub but people didn’t seem to mind. The public toilets were having issues but the staff directed me to another set on another floor I could use. (I had checked out and returned to get my luggage). I would stay again and recommend - as long as you are aware of the quirks that come along with the rooms.

The staff was my only issue. The elevator was not accepting any room keys to go up in the elevator. there was 2 couples and we asked one of the workers if he could assist us he advised us to talk to the desk personnel. The desk was dealing with an irate customer (from what I could see, she did handle it well). Once she was done we explained the issue then she had the man (the one we asked earlier for assistance) he came over to our group (now 4 couples) and he used his master key to get us to our floors. He could have saves us 10-15 minutes if he just used his key earlier.

Nice hotel with great beds and pillows, and helpful staff. Two notes to future visitors: The pool is tiny and often full. More important, the location is a but far from Canal Street, the French Quarter, Harrah's, etc. Just be prepared to do a lot of walking if those are your primary interests.

The hotel is nice and in a quieter neighborhood which was great. The only this which soured our mood at the end was a food charge which we never ordered or got delivered to our room. When we asked them to make it right, they said they would take it off and send the correct bill. The 2nd time the bill still had the charge. Tried to email them but they never replied back. A bit of a disappointing end to an otherwise good stay.

The property was close to a lot of restaurants and where we needed to go. Not as clean, the bed setup is horrible, we could barely get our things on our side of the bed. The shower is in a space by itself with no where to get dressed at. The entire setup is atrocious.

We enjoyed the ambiance and amenities of the hotel. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the restaurant and roof top pool. They had a dj and watched Spain win! The room was clean and has abundant of beverage options!
-
Beautiful hotel but very small pool. It becomes very crowded when day passes are being sold for non hotel guests

My room was not what i thought it would be. Shower was dirty and had stains and crust around the shower head . I brought my dogs and it says that they’re free but they charged me $100 nonrefundable fee for them and the room was so small. I just couldn’t get comfortable kind of ruined. My experience. Staff was really nice very accommodating to my dogs they gave them treats all the above. I just hated the room the shower it just was not good. It was too small and it was expensive. The drinks were super expensive and very strong super strong. There is no like heavy breakfast to be served room service it’s just like smaller items.
