I love the staff but I do not like all the extra fees that aren’t told until you arrive.

Location and design aesthetic were great. Guest services were horrible, the most rude I’ve experienced in a while

Overall service was good, Had a bad experience in the restaurant bar, The pool bar was great! Bellman Ryan⭐️was very helpful and kind. The ladies at check in can’t remember their names One had green hair, other pink and a young lady with Burgundy ⭐️⭐️⭐️. Pool drinks were good and consistent thank you ladies

Room interior is nice & beds where very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Were definitely coming back again.

The style and location

Pool was dirty. Room was fine. Staff were fine.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this establishment for over a decade, and this was the first time I encountered any significant issues. The pool water was exceptionally dirty and cloudy, making it difficult to swim. Additionally, the lobby coffee shop consistently ran out of essential supplies like lids, sleeves, and creamers. However, the highlight of my stay was the friendly and familiar valet staff, who provided exceptional service.

The atmosphere and how it was decently close to the stuff I wanted to see. The water pressure for the sink was not it. Everytime I tried to wash my hands it felt like I was barely able to saturate my hands.

Great hotel in close vicinity to bourbon street and French quarter without having to be in the thick of it . Great bar and bar by the pool too!

Front the front door you can feel the difference. Staff was AMAZING! Rooftop was beautiful, bartenders made great drinks. I can't say enough how perfect the room was. Going forward when I travel if they have a Virgin Hotel we will stay there.
