Horrible experience. Rooms are not clean, smell.

Location was good, within walking distance to Canal. Property was well kept. Parking...$30 for self park, with no in and out privileges. Valet with in and out privileges was about $59. Breakfast was typical, nothing special, but they always kept it stocked.

This hotel was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful everyday we were there! The breakfast was amazing each day & the room was spacious, clean, & relaxing! Even enjoyed our little balcony when we could, you know how that southern heat can get lol! As well as the property is right around a lot of restaurants and places to go & was nice & quiet! Will definitely stay @ this location again 🙂.

The hotel is clean and the staff was friendly. Valet service is excellent and the location is a short walk to the French Quarter. It's also near The Dome. Excellent location! I would absolutely stay there again!

The air conditioning was not working properly. Very noisy. We did not sleep. The room was damp because of the faulty air con. The team member I told apologised. No offer of a discount.

I loved it they had an indoor pool. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The building was very clean. I can’t wait to book again.
