Homewood Suites by Hilton New Orleans

This hotel was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful everyday we were there! The breakfast was amazing each day & the room was spacious, clean, & relaxing! Even enjoyed our little balcony when we could, you know how that southern heat can get lol! As well as the property is right around a lot of restaurants and places to go & was nice & quiet! Will definitely stay @ this location again 🙂.

The staff was helpful and friendly. There is a distinct order in the lobby that needs to be rectified. Excellent location

Good property just hate paying for parking

The hotel is clean and the staff was friendly. Valet service is excellent and the location is a short walk to the French Quarter. It's also near The Dome. Excellent location! I would absolutely stay there again!

The cleanliness Location

Room were great and the food was good!

Rooms are big, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Pool was foamy when we first got there. No parking, extra charge is high for valet

Location great but housekeeping was horrible. My tub didn’t work, qnats everywhere, there was a crack in the bathroom ceiling. The toilet stopped working and Chad to call multiple times before someone would come hours later See above

I liked the face the hotel is in walking distance from Mother’s Restaurant and many other restaurants and attractions.

Staff helpful Pool wasn’t working

The property is in a great location, not to far from Canal St This location has a sever fungus gnat problem due to their live plants. The gnats are in all the plants and unfortunately made their way throughout the lobby.

Toilet was not flushing and made a weird noise when you tried to. Room was spacious and nice.

The air conditioning was not working properly. Very noisy. We did not sleep. The room was damp because of the faulty air con. The team member I told apologised. No offer of a discount.

I loved it they had an indoor pool. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The building was very clean. I can’t wait to book again.
