Staff was a bit unfriendly towards Expedia guests. Property was clean and a great location. The bar was fantastic!
-
We love staying here. It’s our second time here and will definitely be back.
-
Beautiful! Parking was expensive. We had 2 vehicles and paid 220.00 for parking for 2nights
-
Great location!
-
My husband & I loved our weekend stay here! Such a perfect place to stay!
-
Breakfast was good. Phone in my room couldn’t be fixed; front desk accommodated with a breakfast voucher.
-
The hotel was STUNNING and a short walk to the Smoothie King Center. The staff was super friendly and always eager to help and share info about the city, restaurants, road routes, and anything we needed. I only didn't leave 5 stars because the bed was not comfortable, but other than that everything was perfect.

The room was very clean and had a great smell. Also, very large
-
The room we stayed in was very comfortable with the exception of the bathroom. Because of the shower a regular toilet was installed and the backsplash exstention of the counter top was so wide behind toilet that the lid was not able to open fully therefore the seat would not stay up so when a man had to pee he had to hold the seat up while he used it as it would not stay up while be used. This was too awkward and unsanitary at the same time.

We didn’t eat breakfast
-
Very NOLA kind of hotel, Great place and location walking distance to everything. We have stayed here twice now.

Stay was great but those elevators are slow
-
Room was not ready until 6:40pm, air conditioning wasn’t working, staff let themselves into my room while I was in the shower. Only one elevator was working.

We came into town for the Banana ball. Super busy weekend, i totally get it. Valet was great, front desk most were wonderful. The service was good! But.... i booked a double bed room. Check in is at 4pm. Showed up exactly at 4. Room apparently wasnt ready. They told me they only had 1 king bed for the 4 of us. Now we know thats not going to work right. I go down and ask them about that, he told me the room i booked wasnt cleaned yet or were still occupied. I dont know. Then, i just asked for alot of pillows and an extra blanket so i can make a fort on the floor. They told me they'd have everything in my room when we got back which was 10 pm. Nothing was in there that i asked for! I had to wait 30 minutes for the extra pillows/blankets. Elevators are a NIGHTMARE! Took 40 minutes to get down from 6th floor. All they could do was comp my breakfast which i had to ask for another comp because they only gave me 3, we had 4 people total.

We had a bit of a problem at reception. However, Darryl, one of the receptionist helped us resolve it. He was kind, courteous, polite, and very efficient. The only downfall was of our entire state. Only one elevator was working. But no big deal.
-
A good location but decent room and amenities for the price.
-
Definitely will be back to stay. Very close to the Dome! Loved the entire stay
-
It was so beautiful and the staff was amazing! The distance between the bed and dresser ….. you could barely walk between. And I am a skinny woman.
