The hotel is much older than what they show you on the website/online. The rooms are outdated (even the “upgraded” ones), they charge you $8 for a water bottle in the room. There is one bar downstairs, they don’t offer any food or snacks, just drinks. Convenient location, but it’s a sketchy area overall. I wouldn’t go back.

The whole experience from checking in to checking out was top notch. Not one detail missed. We were greeted, offered waters and given a room as soon as we arrived. Our room was spacious and decorated beautifully. The hallway to our room, on the 5th floor, was beautiful. We spent some time at the bar and felt like we were at home. Both bartenders knew their bar, had great conversation and entertained us. Everyone at the bar felt like they were having a special/personal experience. Checking out was a breeze, they even kept our bags for us so we could go eat breakfast. The staff were all fast and friendly. We cannot wait for our next stay.

Beautiful

Building needs an update- construction underway limiting accessibility to rooftop and one set of two elevators. The valet was a nightmare at checkout and my car was in the P parking lot next door where I could’ve and should have parked there and saved a few dollars. The staff did however leave a complimentary bottle of prosecco iced with two glasses for my birthday! Thanks again!!

Beautiful Low toilet flow

If you like to enjoy the proximity to the French quarter and be to a waking distance to most of the attractions but at the same time you want a tranquility at night and not people walking 24/7 in front of your hotel this is the right place. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are great. The have some foreign students working there that went above and beyond in the service. I’ll definitely be back

Everything was clean. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was magnificent. The staff were outstanding, especially the porters and breakfast staff.

Everything was AMAZING!! location and the amazing staff from the doormen to the housekeepers. Especially Ms. Shawna (lobby tech) My Husband and I talked with her for so long, it was like we had known her for years.

The service was wonderful and the hotel is a stylish boutique hotel. I did not try the bar or restaurant but from the outside it looked very nice! The room was just a bit tiny, but overall that's not a big issue.

I liked everything except the fact I wasn't informed the pool was totally shutdown .that floor plus the one below it due to pool renovations. I wanted the night time views of the city from that floor. Also at 4:30 a.m. and again at 5:30. there was an outside noise that woke me up. Sounded like a dumpster being dragged off down a road.

Staff was a bit unfriendly towards Expedia guests. Property was clean and a great location. The bar was fantastic!
