They serve both breakfast and dinner food was ok. Convenient to Bourbon Street. Parking for a fee but we thought it was worth it.

First time in New Orleans. The Drury was excellent. I’ve stayed all over the country and other countries, this was superb! It was my daughter and I. Very hospitable staff. Everyone there, looked you in the eye and greeted you. Clean room. Every evening it was nice to come back to a freshly made bed. The free breakfast and dinner options were perfect options. The breakfast was very good. Many options, hot, and kept the refills replenished. The dinner options were basic, but decent. The 3 free drinks a night, was a really nice option. I was disappointed that no one tipped. Tip your staff! The pool is nice and clean. Same with jacuzzi. The fitness areas was a great offering. Although I do not recommend cardio unless you’re not going out touring New Orleans. It was July, very hot, and toured all over. And the hotel is about a half mile from Bourbon St. Did the on-off bus, did a cemetery tour, did a swamp tour, toured the Jazz museum. Wish we had more time. Will definitely be back and stay at the Drury!

This stay was all we hoped for and more! It was a great location to stay with children and close enough to walk to everything we needed! We would definitely stay again!

Great first experience.

Our stay at the Drury Plaza, New Orleans, was awesome! The staff was friendly, helpful with tours and directions, patient with questions, and always with such friendly, enthusiastic greetings and smiles when passing throughout the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, and has been transformed from it's previous life as the old telephone building, so there are lots of historical character traits! The bed was super comfy, the room was very clean, breakfast was AMAZING, and the 5:30 "wind down" was greatly appreciated after a long day of shopping, touring, and sight-seeing! It's one of my favorite things about staying at ANY Drury Hotel! The one and only suggestion I would have is to be sure the AC is turned down for a more comfortable arrival. Our room was facing SW, at sunset, so it was VERY warm upon our arrival. So much so that we thought it wasn't even on - and we're from Florida!! We called the front desk to report the issue and they sent someone right away to ensure it was operating properly. After checking all factors, it was decided that it just wasn't turned down cool enough for a guest's arrival at that time of day. Other than that small hiccup, I was incredibly impressed by the hospitality at your hotel. Please continue to make the wonderful, warm, and welcoming nature of your staff a top priority. Encountering such genuine kindness and friendly service is a rare treat these days, and it truly defined my stay. Thank you ♥ The C's from Florida, June 2026

Excellent hotel in a great place. Only about 15 minute walk to Bourbon and less than 30 to the WWII museum. $35 a night to park but at least it's self-parking. No valet garbage. The amenities including free breakfast, some drinks and food are an added bonus! My only major complaint is it takes forever for the room to cool off. It never did make it to the set temperature. Very inefficient AC unit. Other than that, no issues and would go back!

The complimentary breakfast and dinners were great!

This Drury Plaza hotel is going to be where we stay for future visits to New Orleans. The staff is great. Free breakfest was better then I expected. Free drinks and food at happy hour. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Nothing more I could want with a hotel visit.
