Drury Plaza Hotel New Orleans

This is the first time I have stayed at this brand and it will be my new hotel of choice! Bye Hilton and Marriott.

Absolutely loved this hotel and the staff. The breakfast/dinner was great!

This was an oasis of amazing on our trip. Conveniently located near the street car lines. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. Would definately stay again!

We are a family of 5 with 3 young children. Our favorite part was the rooftop pool. Up off of the noise of the street and very clean. Our room was HUGE and very clean. More than enough towels for all 5 of us. The hotel staff was the friendliest and most accommodating we have seen in years. The food and drinks in the evening was very helpful for us as we did not wish to leave the hotel after driving all day. All in all it was a great experience and we all agree that the next time we come through New Orleans we will stay here again.

Alicia at the front desk was amazing!!! Super friendly upon check in. Helped us schedule an airboat ride. Hotel was clean and the nightly food and beverage service was good. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a very clean, organized, and peaceful hotel stay. All the staff were very polite, a joy to talk with, and very helpful. The breakfast and the kickback was just a very great accommodation and social time.

Check in was quick and easy. Upon entering our room we were very impressed by the size of our (corner) room. We always check the bed and bathroom for cleanliness before unpacking and immediately noticed that the bedding had a large coffee stain on the top corner. As the stain was on the mattress protector, under the sheet, it would have been impossible to miss when changing the bedding. My husband took some pictures and went down to the front desk where the staff was very professional, apologized and offered to have the room cleaned again or to move rooms. We moved rooms and had no further issues. The Drury offers a full hot breakfast as well as a "happy hour" in the early evening. The evening offerings include hot and cold food as well as free cocktails. We have stayed at other Drury locations and have always been happy with the staff, property cleanliness, and extra amenities.

Great location to access many of the tourist attractions.

Everything! The room was amazing, the beds were comfy, the pool was perfect, the food was good and the drinks made the perfect end to the day! The parking garage was secure and convenient. If I had to say one thing it would be it needs a handheld shower.

Good location, easy check in, friendly staff, good parking, delicious hot breakfast, good kickback in the evening. I cannot think of any negatives.

Things to appreciate other than the great people: large/clean rooms, great water pressure and temperature, daily cleaning, comfy bed, beautiful view of bridge lit up at night, hot and fresh food, great location, great for physically challenged people, and safe feeling.

Management of both restaurants where very friendly.

Clean room, great breakfast and evening food all included, wonderful staff.
