Drury Plaza Hotel New Orleans

The room was not as clean as it should've been. Hair in the shower and toliet. I didn't complain because I personally clean the bathroom before I use it. Staff was friendly.

Awesome hotel. Great location, nice staff, clean comfortable room, and the breakfast and evening snacks and coffee available all day were really nice perks. Gym was pretty good as well. Great value for what you get. Would absolutely stay here again.

The complimentary kick back from 5:30 to 7pm was awesome. I have never had that at another hotel. This will be my go to when staying in NOLA from now on. Room was clean, bed was comfy, and water pressure in the shower was great.

Bar and food options were excellent. Loved the Breakfast buffet and the Snack/Happy Hour with drinks included. Plus, they had 24hr gym access and an amazing rooftop Hot Tub and Pool. Will 100% stay here again...

Super hotel and what a surprise to find there was free food and drinks every night from 5.30 to 7pm. Superb location and fantastic staff

Food was simply disgusting, they didn't even try. Pool was so far from our room and small and dirty we used it only the one time. Staff was rude every day we were there, there is a parking fee that is very high that we were not told about until we were checking in and you have no options if you want to be safe, but to pay it. It added $200 to our bill, this should be disclosed, I would not have stayed here if I would have known about this!

Everything was great. In a world where everything is so expensive. The amenities took it over the top. Great staff

Staff rocked and were super friendly! The rooftop pool was lovely but the hot tub bubbles didn't seem to work- that can happen.

Staff and Hotel are amazing. Rooftop pool and hot tub was a big surprise and super cool. Perfectly situated away from the French Quarter, but in close proximity.

Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast and dinner included in price, good location - next to street car and bus. I would stay here again.

For a pricier hotel I wasn't expecting hotdogs and nachos on the dinner buffet. The bbq sliders were ok. The baked potatoes were good and flavorful. Staff was friendly. The room was pretty small for having a king size bed but it was clean.

Our room was clean and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The kick back snacks and drinks were good and breakfast was also. Every member of the staff that we encountered was friendly, kind and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
