Breakfast Staff Was Awesome From The Hostesses To The Kitchen Chef.

Very nice staff at the front desk & in restaurant. Had a couple issues with the toilet refilling but we were able to handle it ourselves.

Staff was great

The hotel was extremely dirty, I had to go back and forth to front desk because the key would not work. I found dog food on the floor and a red substance that looked like blood. The staff said the only thing they could do was send housekeeper who never came. The bath faucet had no knob on it and there was a very Bad smell in the room.

The staff is friendly and helpful but the property is run down and the lobby often smelled like urine. The rooms are clean but the toilet is very low and there’s no counter space.

I stayed at the Blake Hotel and spent approximately $90 dining at the hotel restaurant during my stay. Unfortunately, I saw a rat run through the dining area while waiting for my food. I also ordered a well-done burger that arrived pink in the middle, and the fries were not fresh. I reported my concerns before checking out and was disappointed by the lack of concern or follow-up from the staff. I wanted future guests to be aware of my experience.

Bed was comfortable. The woman at the front desk was nice and held my bags in storage after checkout (11am on weekends) so I could walk around without all my stuff before heading to my train. I was excited to be on the 7th floor for cool views- unfortunately the coating on the windows was peeling off, making the view difficult to see (room 711). Initially I could not get hot water, and when I called down to the front desk, they said that this is not the kind of hotel you can just turn the water on and instantly get hot water…I told the girl that I had let the water already run for 15 minutes and didn’t think I should waste anymore. She sent the maintenance man up and he worked on it for 20 minutes- then showed me that I hardly would have to turn it at all to get hot water-so that was good. Overall, the room was just kind of dirty/dingy. ith all the cool places to stay in the islands I regretted choosing this one.

I like the location Ok I’ve stayed in many hotels but this hotel the bed was super hard. The hot water never worked and if it did it was only luke warm you know how bad it sucks to take a cold shower. Then the tv wouldn’t work couldn’t catch any channels it was just horrible I would never stay here again ever. We had 2 queen beds and they was both hard as a rock!!

Like to visit and i like the location everything i got near the house

Front desk after hours was very kind and pleasant. Room was a small box,paint peeling,carpet frayed,windows glazed over so no view. Not what online showed at all. Size was maybe a 12x16 rm,TOTAL...extremely small.....might be ok for an unexpected overnight stay or somebody who's just there to party and gives Zero Fs about where they crash.

The room was comfortable and spacious. An incredible location with parking on the same block. A quiet stay. Excellent city view. The price phenomenal. We will visit again. Staff friendly.

Everything Nothing

Great place to stay after or before a cruise. Our room was ready the morning we debarked the ship. Great to have a bed to rest before exploring after a week of cruising.

i mean for the price and the location what do you really expect can’t even see out the windows, place smells weird, cleanliness questionable, parking is not as advertised
