We were so amazed and thrilled by this hotel and for the price…. Beautiful hotel, rooms spacious, clean, and smelled really nice! We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay!! Definitely will be our go to hotel when we come to New Orleans….

Very nice property. Great location for viewing the city sights. Room was nice and spacious although looked a bit worn. Tub drained very slowly and showerhead needs to be replaced. Great restaurant on ground level… Desi Vega Steaks! Highly recommend. Valet was very helpful and polite.

1) Check every room to ensure there is a wardrobe, the ironing board is functional, an iron is provided, and the light at the room's refreshment station is working. 2) Inform guests in advance during check-in if daily housekeeping service is not provided. 3) Front desk staff should be polite; they need to provide reasonable explanations for any existing, unresolved issues to gain the guest's understanding, while also explaining how the guest's specific concerns regarding their stay will be addressed. Continuous improvement is something every business should strive for.

The only thing I didn't like was the TV. I couldn't get it to work and couldn't watch local network news. But that didn't matter because I basically used the room just to sleep in. Will definitely return.

My trip was cancelled, and the support staff of Kasa themself suck. They sent me about 50 reviews for how the stay was after confirming I was not going to even be there. They also do not give the same information, and have no idea about their own properties. The support center is ran through a place in California for every hotel by Kasa in the country.

The Hotel needs some updating, never got any clean towels, bathroom floor was in bad shape and the carpet felt wet, needs more lighting and updated TV’s would be nice. The electrical outlets didn’t work on the desk area, other than all that the sheets were nice and the doorman was extremely nice.

This is always my “go-to” place to stay - I am in NOLA every week for work so I love this place . Nice area , nice hotel and the people at front desk are always helpful.
