The room was nice and clean No breakfast in the hotel

Easy access to downtown Mexican consulate is two minutes away for anyone needed a hotel close to it. Easy access to the convention center. The Casino was wonderful rooms were very comfortable. All The staff was sweet and kind including the security. Just make sure you have a form of id any id works doesn’t have to be a driver licenses have a back up passport just in case for two identifications. Beautiful hotel and wonderful people. Loved everything absolutely stunning

Location Self parking adv as $ 20 subject to change. You charge $ 40. Double is an unacceptable ripp off. Would like to see credit. Thank you.

Very clean exceptional room

Some of the staff were just rude. Especially the lady working the gate at the parking garage. She talked to me like I was a child. In front of my family. Additional charges like 40 dollars just to park. More fees upon checkin

All was good I liked the cleaning staff my room was always clean. I eat at emerals restaurant and the flatware was always clean and the food was good I would like to visit again.

The hotel also does not have a pool, and unfortunately, the food was not good at all. Based on my experience, I would recommend checking all the additional fees and amenities carefully before making a reservation. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Website shows pool, however, no pool. Was told I could purchase a pool pass @ another hotel for $75pp. Gym was not up to par. Not sure why there's a resort fee here???

Loved the location and room was nice. Next time I will upgrade to a better view. Disappointing there was no pool.

Staff was professional but a little mix up with room cancelation. Booked 3 rooms initially. canceled one but they were showingi canceled two. Room clean. Location very good but no microwave which i needed. No shuttle or golf cart to near by places No microwave in room or shuttle
