We had an amazing stay at Four Seasons New Orleans. The attention to details and the attention to the guests needs is immense. The location is great, close to everything but not in the center of the city buzz.

I enjoyed everything about the property What I didn’t like was how BOOKING.com did not send over virtual card to pay for the room so when I got there I was charged on my card and there was no way of contacting you all. Everything I tried I got no reply or the line automatically hung up. Learned my lesson about using this app

Spoke to a manger regarding my concerns, because I enjoy the Four Seasons all over. We had a respectable call about my expectations and concerns, and I did not post a comment because of my long-time love for the Four Seasons. The manager advised he would comp my wife and I a night, which I did not ask for nor was this why I sent a message regarding my concerns. Yet, the manager did not keep his word in honoring that comped-night, as he has recommended.

This was our 4 th year in a row to celebrate our anniversary. The Four Seasons never disappoints us and the staff is amazing, thanks Ciara for making the trip so special and inspiring us as the first point (check-in) of our journey.
