Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans

The hotel is very nice and the staff is helpful and pleasant. Really enjoyed our staycation. But now, we’re spoiled for other hotels.

Location and quality of the hotel Air con was too cold for an English man like me

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was extremely convenient, close to shopping centers and Caesars Casino.

I booked the four seasons expecting 5 star treatment and accommodations & that wasn't what i received. The hallways smelled, whenever i called down for anything it took 20 minutes plus & multiple calls. The hotel tub wasnt cleaned to standard & the fill in with the sheets were dirty. I was heavily disappointed

The property enjoys an excellent location near the river and the French Quarter. The interior design is attractive, with thoughtful greenery enhancing the atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and well‑appointed, and the pool area is a particularly pleasant feature. Several team members would benefit from foundational customer‑service communication training. While not universal, a noticeable portion of the staff interacted in a manner that came across as blunt and at times bordering on discourteous. Strengthening consistency in tone and customer engagement would significantly enhance the overall experience.

Everything else is absolutely fantastic.

Location was very convenient. Concierge was very friendly and quick to respond to requests. Amenities and turn down service was very enjoyable. It was strange and a bit unsettling to have an employee randomly knock and check our mini bar just minutes after we entered our room without giving a reason why.

The pool felt so warm and welcoming. The rooms were beautiful and comfy! Can stay in that cozy bed all day!

The room was clean and the staff was great. Highly recommend

Wonderful facility great staff. We had one small problem with one of our lunch reservations. The manager came out and fixed the issue and personally walked us to our table. Absolutely impeccable service.

Always worth the stay & Nola is amazing always

We had one small issue (not hotel’s fault) due to a resident in one of the multimillion dollar apartments up top decided to turn up there music at 4am (we were very high up - 18th floor) so we didn’t sleep the remainder of the night. The hotel was gracious enough to take care of us and even offered to move us if it happened the following night. We paid for the city view (we actually got a view of the Hilton hotel and the river with the bridge that is full of colors at night). I didn’t complain though, it was a busy weekend. We are not newbies to New Orleans (we visit every year) but first time staying at Four Seasons and I must say we were impressed. You do get what you pay for.

Excelente beautiful hotel great service

Great location and usual overall great facilities. Let down by poor house keeping and our room was next to the service elevator.
