Highly recommend this hotel

This hotel is top notch! It’s in the perfect location between downtown and the French Quarter, and a streetcar (trolley) stop is directly out front! It overlooks the river, so you can watch the steamboats go by and the ferry go across the river to Algiers Point. Right next to an outlet mall, and across the street from a large Caesar’s casino! It has beautiful skylights in the atrium, s bar and seafood restaurant. And daily maid service! Loved my stay for eight nights, for a work conference followed by vacation.

Best gym I've ever seen at a hotel. Tons of weight lifting equipment. Multiple Squash courts etc.

Up on ARRIVAL in my personal note to hotel I ask for good view they give a dark room looking at brick wall i ask to be closer to elevator cause I'm disabled but they out me way to the back ,when I got hurt at they property I ask to have that luggage thing to help put my luggage on they didn't come through on that I ask to get awake call on July 7,2026 ,early that morning so I won't miss my RTA ride after I was hurt by another guest with her luggage I went to doctor and I was on medication so I ask for that nite to be discounted for injury at they hotel July 6,2026 HILTON Riverside refuse me everything I ask him for on July 6,2026 before 11pm it's ridiculous when I ask for good view I wish I could had got that in first time but I had to go back down to get another room I ask not be to far walking but they didn't care they need to do better

They are in the process of modernizing the hotel. Our room was nice and had a great view of water. Our room was a little dated but it was clean, spacious and very comfortable.

Room was extremely clean. The entire facility was well maintained.

Fast check in. There was welcome gumbo tasting and drinks at lobby.

Great location and the river view from our room was nice! Fast and high tech elevators. Excellent food at Drago's. Great indoor pickleball courts.

Concierge didn't care and no one notified me of my package arrival!!when asked he shrugged his shoulders!!!
