Reviews

The location is convenient to everything.

I enjoy the water front location. The proximity to the convention center was very nice. This was our third time staying. The overall atmosphere was very nice. The room and bathroom were small. I was very disappointed with the size of the bathroom. For the amount of money that was paid I was very disappointed in the room.

Area and location and the hotel My air didn't blow as good in the room

I book my room 5 months in advance, a week before my stay my room was canceled due to overbooking. I was moved to a different hotel with ongoing construction that was load and could not sleep due to noise.

Room was very small for over $500 a night. the tv was old and outdated and the bath tub drained very slowly to where there was buildup accumulating over the course of a couple days. had to clean tub then wait 30 minutes for water to drain out. Breakfast was outstanding.

I especially appreciated the destination elevator system, which made getting around the hotel efficient and convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Between the comfortable accommodations, great amenities, and outstanding customer service, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans! 😊
