…a safe environment!

The staff was very helpful and nice. They provided great recommendations and any issues we had, they addressed them immediately.

The staff was amazing! That includes the front desk to the concierge and bell hop. .Check-in was made easy. It was wonderful because after a long day and a flight into New Orleans, checking in early was great! The hotel was close to everything I needed to go for Essence Fest. I am looking forward to staying at this same property in my future trips into the city.

Nice professional caring staff even when busy like during this weekend Essence festival.

Excellent Hotel for Vacation in New Orleans

I didn’t love that the Avis didn’t have designated drop off parking after 545pm, or that the gym closed at 9pm. That’s WAY too early. Also, Dragos is just mid diner food at a Four Seasons price. The Junction Cafe is great and convenient until I was charged 53 dollars for two microwaved breakfast sandies and two day old fruit cups and then harrangued for a tip. The breakfast cafe, Le Croissant, was lovely. Great food and service. The other thing that was a bit annoying was the guest hotline rang and rang. Eventually someone picked up but I had to call a few times. The last thing that grossed me out was that I looked at the “silver honors” perks and it lists 2 free 8 ounce bottles of water. Come on. You can’t provide that for your guests always? If that’s your “perk”, you’re no where near a luxury brand. Take better care of your guests.

This property is located in a prime area to where a lot of the charms of NOLA are located. Walkable to most places. We had a clogged toilet that the hotel couldn't seem to fix. Not a good look, especially with the cost per night and resort fees.

Staff was great. Everything was clean. Close to attractions. Parking could be better

River side room was exceptional! Quiet and spacious! We stated during the Tall Ships Festival. Although we didn't have a view of the ships because they were docked too far, we had a serene view of the Mississippi River. The directions to the room from the check in desk were inadequate, but we were able to navigate around the construction and find our way.

They are mandatorily charged $30 plus tax, which is $35.25/day, including 2 bottles of water, but they don't provide that. Including a $20 laundry credit, but they don't provide a laundry bag, tag, and there is no service on Sunday, but still charge, and take more than 24 hours to return laundry clothes. $10/day meal, but it is not clear the time limit per day, when to use for the arrival day, and the check-out day.

The Hilton was a wonderful experience for me and my family! Room was clean with an awesome view.
