Location was ok. Rooms very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Valet parking way too expensive. Did not give me a bonvoy member into the M Club

That it was across the venue and minutes away from other places in the city. Upon check in the hotel tried to charge me a second time even after I told them we had paid ahead time with bookings.com it took longer than expected for us to be finally let in to our room. The room was hot for the first 2 days and the fridge they had didn’t really keep anything cold. The technician they sent didn’t really help and the only solution was to bring in a couple of fans. Not to mention any type of comments we made would result in the technician saying that he was certified and knew what he was talking about. It wasn’t until towards the end of the stay where the room cool down , and only because we were hardly in the room. To my knowledge we rarely got house keeping to come into the room. Only for a change of towels but for one day out of the 3 nights we were there. Had to go downstairs to ask for more toilet paper. The lack of communication between bookings.con and the hotel made the first experience very lackluster.

A great hotel in a very convenient location with excellent food!
-
Of the city.
-
Liked that is was right across the road from the Convention Center. Did not like that the Valet Service was full when we got there and had to park up the road and walk back with luggage.

Nice, clean, good location far enough from the craziness of French Quarter , but close enough to reach with a short walk. Staff here was exceptional!
-
The room service is pathetic. A big brown paper bag and everything in plastic boxes, cutlery... Plastic. Pathetic. What happened to a cart, food on porcelain plates, coffee in silver carafes... Cheap and pathetic. Very sad where Marriott has declined... Back to Hilton.... Or loews... Or Le Méridien...

Rooms were clean. The staff were friendly. The food was really good. I will definitely be back!
-
The location and how close it was to everything. The bathroom was small and the shower water pressure was very weak and one of the shower heads didn’t work.

Our flight arrived late but when we arrived

Great hotel in an excellent location. Would’ve been great to have complementary. Offer and water. But otherwise, excellent hotel.
