Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans Convention Center

Good location

Hotel was in a great location for a cruise and a walk to the French Qtr. The staff was ok but the valet attendants were no help at all and seemed to be bothered when you needed help. Parking is and absolute nightmare.

Customer service was good, and the hotel was clean. The location was convenient, about a 15-minute walk from Bourbon Street. However, the hotel was very noisy. I could hear people slamming doors and yelling in the hallways, which made it difficult to relax and sleep.

We stayed 7/28 -8/2. The room was okay, you had to hold handle on toilet to make sure it flushed: one table lamp did not work; They closed dining room for 24 hours; inside housekeeping was good but outside trash bin running over, but overall it was a pleasant stay. Good location but expect to use Uber/Lyft to move about or city transport. Walking option depending on weather it was hot. Enjoyed the city tour bus trips. Really enjoyed our stay in New Orleans

Clean room and nice staff, always my choice of stay whenever I come to the N.O.

It was not a terrible place for the price. Could use an upgrade in rooms. Our facet would shoot water out if put on too high. Also one of the bedside lamps was broken.

The AC does not work well, carpet’s stained. And people off the street were using the pool!! You could not use pool, people all over the ice chest and food!

Staff was great and friendly room was clean and restaurant staff was awesome! Our waiter was Paul. The hostess took care of us as well

The hotel was great. The customer service was great. The only thing was the AC wasn't super cold which made it a little warm in the room. The front desk did put a ticket in to fix it.

Yikes. Clumps of hair around the room, blood stains, clogged toilets and the AC was not working... all upon checking in. They gave me a new room, same condition. Staff was beyond rude.

Everything was fine except the female front desk clerk was curt with her response when I asked about parking on site.

I was told I had free breakfast when checking in and we went downstairs to get some and they told us we didn’t have it. Truly disappointing
