It was clean convenient and had amazing staff. The lady at the front desk was very courteous and pleasant Lots of places to shop near by. I was able to cook if i choose with a full kitchen and utensils and all provided

Weird layout of a room, staff was never there, was in the transition of another company buying it so many workers everywhere trying to renovate, worse towels ever that left fluff all over, smallest pillows ever. They kept saying no to early check in; late check out but eventually said yes? So I guess that a plus, but I would rather have gotten a hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice. On the last night our AC went out and couldn't be fixed for several days. Kayla communicated our option to leave with a refund of a night but we chose to stay. They were in the middle of a transition and remodel so had no other rooms available. The rooftop needs attention and will be a beautiful place to hang out. Room was beautiful and had everything we needed. I want to give 5 stars to the staff. the location was away from the busiest part of the city but right next to the convention center. Easy to walk to everything even though my meeting was at the Sheraton .9 miles away.the building will be 5 stars when the transition is complete

The lock is dead and it takes 4 hours for them to show up and fix it. I can not go out to get food or drinks or anything. I was super disappointing

This building right under a giant metal bridge do you hear metal banging and load road noise all day and night.
-
little this from here and there but nothing serious

Overall nice experience and large clean room (no closet though). Only complaint is lot of noise from outside and in the units around mine. Very close to convention center and walkable to bourbon Street
-
Really close to Convention center. Convenince store close by. The gym is great, particularly the Peleton.

The room was pretty dirty. The mattress was really gross. There was a broken lightbulb. Rusty, chipping metal around the sink. The shower head barely worked. It was the less expensive option for a reason.

Perfect location. All went well

This was one of the most comfortable and neat places I have ever stayed at. There is no staff at all there but everything was explained so well on the email. I highly recommend the place - every thing was clean and just great!
-
Everything was great but could have used a skillet but everything else was great
-
Made no effort to correct issues. Broken glass, damaged wall, missing tv remotes, and streaming only tvs with wifi that cant support.

Spotless room

The king bed appeared to broken towards the top of the bed. We had to lay at the bottom to get some sort of comfort. When sitting on the couch, we saw rodent droppings which I have a picture of. Also, we didn’t like that there wasn’t any guest representative on site to voice our concerns. I sent a reply to an email that the hotel sent pertaining the bed and I have yet to have a response regarding both issues.

Safety concern with doors being rigged to not lock on 2 nights. We removed the safety pin to ensure safety. Supposedly a maintenance person was coming to check.

Out of options, I contacted Hotels.com (the site I booked through), but they informed me that nothing could be done since the property had a “no refund” policy. I was left stranded, forced to scramble for a last-minute hotel at my own expense. Neither Roami nor Hotels.com provided any help or accountability. I strongly caution others against booking with this property or through Roami. The lack of customer support and responsibility was extremely disappointing.

The A/C Wasn’t Fully Functioning For A Part Of The Stay But Couldn’t Get Any Assistance. No Front Desk Personnel. Area Designated For Items To Restock Was Empty For 90% Of The Time.
