Steps away from Convention Center and Shopping Mall. Breakfast was great. Staff maintained food fresh and hot. Kept area clean for occupants in lobby. I had a keycard issue but staff and front desk did a great job assisting me. I had a great stay. This is a great place to stay in New Orleans.

The staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was very good, with a great variety of options to choose from. everything was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. There were plenty of tables, so you could enjoy your meal comfortably without feeling crowded. The room were clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The lobby, room, and breakfast were very clean! The breakfast had a lot of options. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. We didn’t need to park, so that would be a big downfall if we had a car and had to pay to park. Very close to the cruise pier.

Check-in was easy valet was great, beds were great! Really enjoyed the fantastic healthy breakfast - really appreciated the chicken sausage and stone-ground oatmeal.
