Hyatt Place New Orleans Convention Center

The air didn't work very well and we could not get the lamp to come on. This hotel needs some updated done on it.

Had a great experience I’ll come back for my next trip

Do not stay here if you do not want to pay for parking which is $68 flat it doesnt matter if you are staying just over night or not. Also place is clean to a degree...bedding was clean but this place had a moldy,old,unclean smell.

Wait long in our vehicle. I’d stay again.

It was very clean. Valet parking was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. It seemed to be a safe area, within walking distance of several restaurants and downtown tourist areas and attractions. The downsides were only 1 operating elevator and it wasn’t in the best condition and difficult to operate using your room key. The shower head in the bathroom was in disrepair and didn’t have great water pressure. Breakfast was good but food wasn’t restocked very timely. I would definitely stay here again!

Very close to the trolley pick up. Staff was fun and knowledgeable. Elevators got a little backed. There was only one main elevator working.

Love this place. This is my third stay for the night before cruising.

The hotel is in a good location but it looks dated; carpets need to be replaced . The elevators are always busy; the wait is long each time. The breakfast is good. Parking is through valet; there’s a parking garage but there’s not much difference in price.

The location was wonderful, within walking distance of everything! Good free breakfast. Great staff, SUPER HELPFUL & ACCOMMODATING to our changes and needs The elevators could be updated, otherwise great value for the money.

The location was great. Our mattress cover had a dried urine ring and it smelled like urine. Those thing cost $0.00 to change it out or to wash it and return it back to the mattress.

This was a solid choice and would likely stay again. The only drawbacks were after 9am the breakfast buffet starts running out or they're really slow about bring more out. Lastly at this point their elevator situation is unacceptable. When reading older reviews from months prior this place

Breakfast could have been better and they are preparing only smaller portions. We had to wait to get the breakfast.

The room safe didn’t function properly

Loved it. Staff is amazing. Parking is the only thing I don’t like but it was not the end of the world.

Everyone and thing was great!!!!… I was leaving Alabama at 9 Friday night. I called hotel to make sure I would be ok with getting there around 2…… from what the navigation said… 1:17 lol…. However the staff from the 3-11 shift passed the information on to the over night crew!!! They almost knew me when I walked in to the door. Speedy check-in and great room for the night. Thanks everyone!!!!!!

The location was really convenient to get to the sights and the room was clean. The staff were SO friendly and professional! Also being able to call the hotel and actually getting the front desk and not a recording and answering service was amazing! The price was good compared to other places but the trade off for the negatives wasn’t worth it. One Elevator was broken which made for a very long wait and having to skip several full cars before being able to get to a room and forget it if you had a bag cart. Vallet stepped away from the station for so long that the front desk had to check in my car (which still sat waiting for a long time). The ice machine on more than one floor was also broken. The pull out bed in the room was terrible uncomfortable and we had the smallest lightest of us sleeping on it. A full grown male would feel like he was lying on rocks and metal bars. 50$ a night parking (after taxes) is yikes.
