Nice welcome upon checking in and fast. Very convenient to convention center

Everything Didn’t have a pool

This is an older property, but well maintained. It was clean and refreshed, with a friendly staff. I had to leave extremely early so I didn't have breakfast, but the coffee was ready, delicious and piping hot. I would definitely stay again.

Great Great

The location was perfect for us. Close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful. Property was nice and staff were great. Valet parking was expensive and inefficient.Took 15\20 minutes to recover the car and the guy was on his own covering Hyatt and Marriott next door. Next time I will self park at adjacent lot for 15 per day.

Had a great stay. Everything was clean and staff was great!! And breakfast was good as well.

Exceptional
-
There was no actual restaurant on site as advertised all over the restaurant. There was no bar. The sheets were not clean.
-
Breakfast was good, and plentiful. Coffee was weak for my taste. Gym was barely adequate and not clean. No equipment wipes were available the entirety of my stay, hand sanitizer was also not filled there, or at elevators. The laundry that is available for guests had gym towels in there, and they were left there for over 24hrs when I attempted to use the machines. Front desk staff was very pleasant and attentive. The breakfast and proximity to convention center were the two biggest highlights.

Excellent

The staff were rude from the beginning. The "restaurant" wasn't available. The breakfast was horrible. The bathroom has mold in the vent. I won't be staying here again.

Good
-
Everything is great except the AC compressor being loud.
-
Bed sheets needs to be replaced to much over time use and stains that didn’t come out from previous washing .
-
Everything was overall great! Everything seems very clean and well kept until I woke up with a very swollen face and very puffy eyes.. afterwards, I noticed a piece of wall paper rolling up and saw the mold underneath, which makes sense!
