There are multiple hotel elevators that take you to different towers. The front desk staff when we checked in did not tell me which building or elevator to go to, so of course we went up the wrong one. I was walking around the 4th floor of the wrong building with my kids and all of our luggage. Super ridiculous. Parking was awful. $40 valet only per night is ridiculous. That was the only option. There was never anyone available so we had to park a couple blocks away in a different garage. The hotel rooms were very cool though. Breakfast was great!

Clean, well-maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Wish they had more fruit than just apples. Room A/C excellent and entire hotel was kept at good temp even in hot July. Fitness room ok, but could use some more weight equip. Staff friendly and helpful. I’d be happy to stay here again!

Clean room, friendly Staff

The room was wonderful as I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and large living area, high ceilings and vintage decor. The property was in close proximity to the cruise port and free shuttle was included. The property was within walking distance of some restaurants and museums as well. I felt safe walking. The property was a short Lyft ride to bourbon Street as well. A male staff member, Rae I believe checked me in and was very nice. I didn’t have a pleasant experience with the two ladies on Monday morning while signing up for the shuttle. They seemed like they didn’t want to be there, were grumpy and never smiled which was opposite of what I had encountered throughout my stay with other staff who spoke and smiled. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast but I would suggest getting there early. Overall I had a great experience and I would go back.

The staff was attentive. The breakfast was NOT the best and may need a make over, in my opinion. Having one waffle station was insane. Overall, this is a really nice hotel!!

Very good

This property is gorgeous and easy to get to. The valet parking was quick and nice. I love the old floors and the look of the hotel. We really enjoyed staying here!

Clean room. We never got to check in because the systems were down. Luckily we had paid online but we had to wait 3+ hours to get into a room.

Love this room! It was large high ceiling with a white brick accent wall, it was excellent. There is only valet parking around $50 a night. Mall and casinos were just a couple of blocks away.

air conditioner in the room struggled and was loud….. bathtub floor was stained and looked unclean.

Great location near Conv Center and Riverwalk and great staff members
