Great breakfast, clean comfy room. Our TV didn’t work but they sent someone promptly to fix it. Park on the street. It’s $50 to valet park

I did not like the staff , very rude and was not answering the phone . When requested to check out the next day , nobody answered my request till I left the city. Will NEVER, EVER book there again

Great stay answer one of the nicest Hamptons I have stayed in. Hotel was modern and clean with an excellent staff. Breakfast was the standard continental fare and tasted good.

The room was clean, we could walk to the ship/port for our cruise, could see our cruise ship out our window. A few streets felt a little uncomfortable to walk at night, but there were 4 of us and we all conceal carry. Lots of shops along the pier area. Shuttle is offered to the cruise port for free. Not real fancy, and the checked in staff weren't friendly at all.

I booked a king bed over a week prior to my stay and upon arrival I was told only double beds were available!!! The floor was dirty!! The room was hot regatta y booking in advance!! The carpet to my room in the hall way was very dirty and didn’t smell clean!! The room was very small and compact!! The only person provided excellent set were the valets!! I was highly disappointed in my stay and room accommodations Service cleaning and being given what I roomed in advance for
