Very friendly staff great personalities. Location was great. Touring the WW2 museum was our priority. Paid parking was expensive, but convenient.

The hotel is in an older building, in the Warehouse Arts District. It is very convenient to the National WWII Museum, which is absolutely worth a visit. It’s a bit of a walk to Canal Street and the French Quarter, but I managed it without difficulty, and I’m 78. The pool is nothing special, but okay for a refreshing swim. I seem to be the only person using it during my stay. The room was reasonably large and clean, and the staff was very friendly and courteous. The continental breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausage, as well as the usual bread and pastries. Not spectacular, but not terrible.

From the moment we walked in the door to check in til we checked out everyone was super nice. We stayed one night before our cruise and one day after we returned. The General Manager Tre Edwards was professional, kind and accommodating to our needs. A’Lexus and Jasmine were as accommodating we were looking for some good places to eat in the area. I left my car in valet while I was gone Arthur the valet attendant watched out for it like it was his own car. We all felt safe and we definitely will book here again.

Room was very clean and spacious with a nice view. Breakfast was good, good variety. The one complaint we had was that when booking the room, the description stated the room had 2 queen beds and one sofa bed, but the sofa bed is actually an oversized sofa that you can take the cushions off to use as a twin sized bed. No extra bedding was provided or extra pillows, and the description stated the room fit 6 people, but with that "sofa bed" it was actually only 5 people. They need to update their descriptions and clarify that part.

Our stay was great. We were about 2.5 blocks from a hop on hop off stop and the Julia trolley stop. You are also within walking distance of the WWII museum. Breakfast was ok. Normal stuff. Wish it would have had some fresh fruit. Parking is Valet and there is a lot just across the street. The Valet parking is covered and $47/day. You can pay at the hotel. If you have an oversize vehicle it is a little bit more.

Everything was awesome at this hotel..all the staff, even the valet guys were very friendly. The room was better than expected, very clean and I had an up close and personal street view.
