AC was not working properly. Friendly staff, clean, bed not great, no parking except valet for a fee. Great location. I likely would not stay here again.

Comfy beds No descent shows to watch. The remote displaced Netflix but there was no Netflix. All old channels

The property was very clean. It was close to where I needed to be, and you can get to the French quarter in minutes. I walked to Jackson square in like 15 minutes (leisurely).The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and wanted you to have a nice stay. I would stay here again. Oh, one other thing, I don't eat breakfast but the coffee was good

Great location for easy access to the convention center. Many excellent dining options within several blocks. A bit more of a walk to the French Quarter, but overall, great location.

Love how everything in the warehouse district was a short drive or Uber. The property was also good walking distance from most places of interest and they even give you a map of spots to go. I liked everything but the breakfast could have been better.

our interaction with the valet to the manager at the front desk. We were given several options for dining while we waited for our room to be ready. The front desk manager (Ty) was very helpful with giving us guidance on the cruise port arrival and departure. She very hospitable during our brief wait for the rooms. I loved the free breakfast as well. They ensured that the food was replenished as soon as it got a little low. I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was near everything ! I had no issues at all and I will definitely stay here again! There was nothing I didn’t like.
