Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans Warehouse Arts District

I called prior to arrival and asked about valet parking. I was informed that we would have no problem parking, only to arrive and be informed that no parking was available…which is weird bc there were signs posted stating only one parking spot per check in/room which means one of two things…either you don’t have enough parking for each room that the hotel has or the staff lied this caused unwanted additional costs. On top of other issues I will not be booking with this location again and highly do not recommend.

It was two blocks from the convention center and three blocks from the mall. Food was in walking distance. Walmart was a seven minute drive. The French Quarter was too far away.

The room was nice and quirky The reception staff on arrival was rude rolling her eyes. Although the room was cute, it was annoying that if someone wanted a shower it lit up the bedroom too.

The staff was very professional and courteous. Valet services were exceptionally convenient. Room was perfect. Everything was perfect.

Great location, close to convention center and riverwalk shopping. Vallet parking was quick, easy and very safe. Nice location to stay at, away from the excitement of Bourbon Street, but close enough to easily go there.

Very nice and clean hotel

Overall stay was good hotel room smelled gross when we arrived but overall stay was great. Staff was polite and super helpful.

Is across the street from a large garage bar. Didn’t get any sleep between the police sirens, cars peeling out, fire truck sirens, people screaming all night and the baby crying all next door to us which might as well been in the room. Valet staff was rude as well.

Valets were so kind. Pool area was beautiful. Lighting in room was terrible and room seemed very crowded.

Location was perfect for embarking on a cruise. We were only 2 blocks away from the port, easily walkable. Our room kind of sucked. The faucet in the tub leaked the entire time (just overnight) we were there. The number panel outside the door was on the floor. Also, my friend was unable to shower because the piece on the faucet that changes from bath to shower pulled completely out and was unable to change over. Also, one of the elevators was stuck while I was on it for a minute.

Hotel is lovely inside and was convenient to convention center. I prefer when the breakfast is a buffet, but the options were good.

Excellent experience and excellent accommodations!

Great location. Comfortable bed. Only problem was doors slamming along hallway that shook room.

I didn't eat breakfast there.
