Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans Warehouse Arts District

Nice facility. However filling in the hot tub with dirt and covering it with plywood, and leaving the "hot tub" signage is way beyond tacky. I don't expect that from a Marriot property.

Nice place to stay

Room was clean. Unfortunately my room was right near the elevator so I heard that often and people in the room near me were quite loud but not all night. Hotel was clean and conveniently located to the conference center. Very limited food options at the hotel - I got breakfast once and it was actually good. No bar or anything but overall decent stay. They should just refill things better- I had to ask for body wash upon arrival since the one in the shower was empty and when they cleaned my room they never put a new tissue box. Other than that, room was clean and staff was always friendly and helpful.

What didn’t like was they never cleaned the room in (5) days. I was told after (3) consecutive days they would.

The location and the service

Easy parking

There is parking but its valet only. The staff and valet staff were very pleasant and helped in every way they could and even suggested some great places to visit

the pool was not clean and the water was murky. My room was not serviced.

The rooms facing Camp street was noisy

I called prior to arrival and asked about valet parking. I was informed that we would have no problem parking, only to arrive and be informed that no parking was available…which is weird bc there were signs posted stating only one parking spot per check in/room which means one of two things…either you don’t have enough parking for each room that the hotel has or the staff lied this caused unwanted additional costs. On top of other issues I will not be booking with this location again and highly do not recommend.

It was two blocks from the convention center and three blocks from the mall. Food was in walking distance. Walmart was a seven minute drive. The French Quarter was too far away.
