Location and it was clean For the price of the room it should have complimentary breakfast. Shouldn’t have to pay 200 sum for a room then pay for breakfast

Booked this stay because of the free breakfast, with 5 people its easier to eat a continental breakfast. Come to realize it said for a fee. So naturally we get up and go to get breakfast, and it is closed due to remodeling. Room was only provided 2 towels, and blankets for the 2 beds. No extra pillows. 1 cup of coffee in the room for the coffee maker. Called the front desk and because they are understaffed I would need to go down and get the towels, bedding, and was asked to return in the morning for coffee. Staff was not friendly and very unprofessional. The directions to this hotel landed us at the Marriott on Canal St. After driving 10 hrs this was not a great experience.

Staff was friendly and location was not bad walking distance to everywhere.

Everything was comfortable. The view was great. The staff was excellent. The property and staff was great. I just didn’t like how the fire alarm stayed on over an hour. Had everyone scattered around not knowing where or how

The hotel was nice clean and spacious with the rooms being very clean and fresh smelling. Every staff encounter was great as the staff was very kind and professional and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. The location is amazing near everything once we jumped in the car and started to drive to a location, we realized that we could have easily walked and saved the $$ from having to park. Loved everything and everyone.
