Clean hotel, nice clean area. I would stay here again.

A fantastic hotel in a perfect location—right beside the WWII Museum and within easy reach of Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. We absolutely loved our time in New Orleans.

Great stay for work.

I asked for toothbrush and toothpaste too, time, but they didn’t deliver.

Everything was great. I just have 2 minor complaints but they wouldn’t stop me from staying. There is a $10 handling fee for packages delivered. This was for Amazon and not food service. And nobody had cash. The bars, restaurant, provisions, or front desk. The concierge did, good man.

The Higgins is a upscale hotel with a sophisticated design, staff was really nice and service was on point. The downside of the hotel, parking lot. On my opinion was overcharged parking, $50.00 per day, $50.00 more per day in addition to what we already paid for the hotel. There was no in-and-out direct access, from the hotel to the parking. Spaces were tight and uncomfortable.

Beautifully pristine room, and bedding, with the best mattress ! Front of house staff, very welcoming and professional.

It's a beautiful hotel in a quiet location away from the French Quarter which we loved. We love US History so that was another big bonus for us. The place was beautiful. It doesn't have a pool and New Orleans is HOT.

Excelent stay and great service

Hotel looked immaculate and smelled really good, staff were very helpful and friendly notably there was a Caucasian gentleman with facial hair at the front lobby who was extremely friendly (I meant to get his name but forgot to before checking out)

Beautiful property and loved the room!! The restaurant was delicious. Location was perfect. Visited the museum. We will return.
