Great place to stay.

I absolutely love the Higgins room accommodations the only drawback is the location. Had to use Uber to get to almost anything on Canal Street and the French Quarters.

This hotel was very clean. The atmosphere was relaxing. The staff was very, very polite. It is located near restaurants, gas stations, Convention Center, Cruise parking, and a variety of shopping experiences.

It was clean and new feeling. The front desk staff were super nice and helpful.

Perfect location for a trip to the WW2 Museum. Also many great restaurants nearby, and walkable to Canal Street. Beautiful hotel!

I did not utilize any of the amenities. Rooms were super nice. Conveniently located away from downtown noise but walking distance to the convention center.

We will stay here again! Highly recommend this hotel.

It is a beautiful hotel and expertly run. No complaints at all. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.

I stayed there because I was spending 2 days at the WWII museum, which is RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET! The hotel has several restaurants and nice seating areas...unique cocktails and some unique food choices along with others you would expect in New Orleans...think beignets..

Very convenient to the WW2 museum just walk across the street. Had a relaxing and charming stay.

The staff was very cordial and professional. The rooms and the whole hotel area from outside to inside was immaculate.

Terrific overall experience. I went to this hotel because the Conf was being held there. But it’s in a fantastic area walkable to many restaurants very safe and had a rooftop bar, which was really nice covered so you could get great views of the city, my room was super spacious. The bed was absolutely comfortable. The pillows are phenomenal. Everything was great. I would stay there again and again and again. The staff was helpful. Every time I needed some thing and the recommendations they gave me for dinner was fantastic.

Perfect cleanliness and calm: appreciated anywhere but extraordinary in New Orleans. And almost unbelievably friendly and helpful staff. Loved it and will be back. No negatives I can recall.
