Everything about this place is perfect, I love the plants and feel of the common room. I definitely would stay again.

The location was fine but there are dozens of other hotels in the vicinity with better amenities, rooms and staff. Will say the pool was nice enough and without it I would have nothing good to say. Ok I never leave bad reviews but this place was the worst. The woman at the check in desk was horribly rude and made me and my partner feel like a nuisance for literally just checking in to our room. We felt wholly unwelcome on the premises, as did two other couples who checked in at a different time. Additionally, the rooms felt dirty, the “balcony” furniture was tattered and dingy, the chain was broken to open the blinds, and we couldn’t get the tv to work. Apparently the only way to use the tv is to connect to your phone which I was unable to do the entire time we were there. I learned that my other friends in two other rooms were unable either and had various issues with their rooms as well. We addressed this with the same incredibly rude woman working the desk and she basically told me “oh well”. Also, and I know New Orleans quite well and this happens, but I was greeted by a literal gigantic rat eating a leftover sandwich from (I assume) a previous guest on the balcony upon arrival. Which brings me to my next point - the balcony. I now understand why there are no advertised full pictures of the balcony anywhere on the website; it opens up to hot concrete nothingness and a painted concrete wall from a neighboring building. And the balcony on the very end where some of my other friends stayed? That one overlooks the dumpsters. I was livid about the experience especially since I recommended two other couples stay there for a birthday weekend. Absolutely a joke and a waste of money. I travel A LOT and I have not been this disappointed in a property very often, if ever.

Nice area. Like a studio apartment with everything you need for a sweet stay. Gorgeous gym. Helpful staff.

Beautiful property and the bar staff was amazing.

Clean. Modern. Great location. The rooms need a full length mirror and heads up, there are no TV channels built into the TV. You have to use your own apps and multi cast to the TV renters need to provide their own access to things like Apple TV or HBO Max, etc.

It was excellent just that at night some next door neighbors were sometimes loud!

One of the younger male night front desk clerks is rude. I asked him for a replacement key and he gave attitude. I told him never mind and handled it the next day with someone else.

This location is cool and ideal for a longer stay. The washer and dryer in the room was clutch. The pool and car were really nice. Great location with easy access to the convention center and French quarter. The only issue was the bed size. I assumed booking a suite would include a king bed but it was barely a queen if that!

Great little hotel. Seems to be part of a private members club. Like soho house on a budget.
-
Cool vibe, creative/artistic decor, pool was legit for getting a little sun, property is attached to a members and guests only workspace/lounge/restuarant/bar. Food was priced well and you could order it to your pool chair. Room was spacious and comfy and modern, gym was way more than I expected. 5 minute walk to convention center!
-
A great boutique aparthotel that offers more freedom and personality than a soulless corporate hotel. It is like a quaint home away from home, close to everything you’d need for either business or pleasure

Such a fantastic location in the heart of the warehouse district, right around the corner from some of the best restaurants in the city. The vibes are giving Soho-house esque - especially up at the pool and bar. We were delighted to discover our room included a washer and a dryer, dishwasher etc. Would definitely stay here again. It would be nice to have the option of refilling filter water on the floor where the room is rather than trekking downstairs to the common house every day but that is a minor thing. The mattress and pillows were not great either - could do with being firmer!

Good location, the room was comfortable.

Great space. Convenient location. Great gym. Benefits of the community space were not explained to us.
-
Very helpful, friendly staff! Room was large and comfortable, furnished tastefully. Loved having a refrigerator, dishwasher, and laundry in the room. Location is convenient to the convention center and WWII Museum (not far from the French Quarter either). We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place close to some great restaurants and bars, quiet and still walking distance to Bourbon street. The concierge and manager were extremely helpful as I had left my IPad behind at the hotel and they shipped it to me free of charge! I give this place 7 stars and we will be back here next time we are in New Orleans, hopefully soon.
