Terrible WiFi connection on television don’t anticipate being able to use television The shower was dirty and the apartments are not properly replenished

The room itself was gorgeous and clean and as described. The complication is that when I checked in there weren't enough room keys available. The only units available with a key were apparently the next room class up and though I think he meant well, the attendant said, "I don't want to upgrade you and make you pay another $80". So he ended up needing to walk me to my room each time I needed since you can't even get past the elevator without it. I also couldn't access the bar/restaurant without exiting the building since that required a key too. Needless to say, I avoided leaving my room much so I wouldn't have to keep standing in line for an escort. I was in a hurry to get to an event and it was just really inconvenient. The attendant offered a free drink voucher, but again... the hassle to get to the bar just wasn't worth the trouble and drink vouchers usually actually come automatically with many properties I book through Expedia. It just felt weird and I'd honestly prefer a less nice room if it means I can come and go securely and freely when I please. The upgrade convo was just bizarre and I think if he'd phrased it differently or just gave me a marginally nicer room that had an actual key, I wouldn't have been as annoyed. A key and freedom are basics of renting a room. When those aren't available, you make it right on the spot. (I also ran into another couple who had the same issue so it wasn't isolated to just me).

I must say that this property is definitely a “hidden gem” that did not disappoint. Prior to my stay, I did visit to retrieve information and see the location and surroundings. Safety was A-1 (even street parking), and I felt more like a resident than a guest. The room was immaculate, cozy, and felt like home away from home. Jess and one younger gentleman at the front desk sealed the deal with their Southern Hospitality! The only unfortunate downside was the inability to reach management regarding extended stay rates. However, I will continue to return IF it stays within my budget!

I have stayed here twice and it’s fairly quick and easy and self-sufficient - easy walking distance from everything and great for a low-key stay.

From the moment I walked in to the hotel until I departed two days later the experience, the staff, bartenders, and Restaurant staff are all top-notch, professional, friendly, and accommodating dating. The cocktails and food were delicious in the room was perfect! We will definitely be back.

The check-in and check-out process was very quick and easy. The place was clean, staff was friendly, and the amenities are just as they are explained in the listing.

Great space and location

I've noticed lately that the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms has declined a bit. I always stay here on my trips to NOLA. There was dirt around the bed and under the couch, and there was a hole in the closet door, which would not shut all the way. There was also a very large roach that ran across the kitchen floor and disappeared under the dishwasher one night and I did not see it again. I could not get the t.v. to work - you have to connect to it and then cast from your phone app, but it was set to a different room and would not work.

I was very pleased with the stay at the Memior warehouse. The only few things I have to say about the property is, it was listed as a two bed two bath, they do not have two bed two bath Apts. Also, the televisions in either part of the apt didn't work ,so watching local news was out of the question. Over all a nice apt/hotel to enjoy your stay.

The tv didn’t work.they talked to me about fixing it but didn’t do it

I loved everything about this property. I will definitely stay here anytime I'm in New Orleans. With a kitchen and washer-n-dryer in your suite. Great homely feeling as a hotel. LOVE this place!!!!

Lovely room, beautiful building and pool. Staff is friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable. I definitely plan on returning.

Connected to the Commons - very convenient

Everything about this place is perfect, I love the plants and feel of the common room. I definitely would stay again.
