Best Western Dutch Valley Inn

the room was clean and comfortable.

The rooms were very clean. The staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast was good as well. I plan on staying there again in a few weeks when I return to New Philly.

Last day it looked like they never vacuumed the floor.

There was a clogged poopy toilet in my room upon arrival. I was able to fix it myself but I shouldn’t have had to. The cleaning staff was very loud in the hallway at 7am but the front desk staff was very kind.

Could it use an updating? What Best Western couldn’t? Inside and out were very clean, super friendly staff, quiet and very comfortable bedding. Plenty of choices in the area to eat and a Walmart less than a quarter mile away. I did not try the breakfast so I cannot comment on that, but I felt the Wi-Fi was rather slow. More than ample parking also. I would definitely stay here again since I spend 2 to 3 weekends a month in the area.

Reasonable pricing. Nice accomodations. Not fancy but clean and has everything you need. Even a nice breakfast before you leave. Renee at the front desk is very pleasant and professional. I would definitely stay with them again.

Clean. Breakfast was great. No shampoo, lotion, or shower gel, only soap and conditioner. Mattress very comfortable. Staff extremely nice. Would stay here again.

Heather at the front desk was super nice and check in was quick..We only stayed 1 night but everything was Good..Kids enjoyed the Pool....Granddaughter enjoyed the exercise room..Breakfast was Good..lots of Restaurants were close..would stay again.

Bed was comfortable and staff was nice. Area, unheated indoor pool, not very clean, needs updating.

The room smelled of mildew, especially the bathroom. There was a lot of noise, patrons coming and going. There was door to the hallway provided no noise insulation whatsoever and there was a gap all around it that you could see light through. I don’t believe we would stay there again.

Room was dirty and nothing for breakfast. Did like that there was a washer and dryer

The bathroom sink didn’t drain well.

It was srsly about as close to a 5 Star hotel as you could get for the price. I am VERY picky and this place was well worth the stay.

The room looked as though they went to hotel closings that auctioned their furniture and accessory and bought them for this hotel. Nothing matched, gold walls, blue and taupe curtains, orange chair, sky blue wall art and grey night tables. The bathroom water made noises I've heard before. Terrible value.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff was friendly and helpful..

Comfortable bed, friendly staff and quietness. Bathroom sink had black hair in it and it was dirty (It could have been stains, but it looked dirty). The shower had black hair in it as well.

Doors and windows. Thanks for the heat The mattress was horrific, restless sleep laid at the foot of the bed and thank the Lord I didn't have to stay another day
