everything was great

The walls are paper thin. Children screaming and running in the early morning. Slamming doors everywhere. The shower tree was free floating, obviously the maintenance guy over there didnt know what he was doing. Bed was comfy room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good.

The room was clean and nice. Bed was fairly comfortable. We did have issues with our allergies. Guessing there were pets in the room previously, but it's our fault for not requesting pet free. Allergies

I think this hotel needs some beautification. Flowers in the front . Cleaner entrances . Pick up the trash on top of receptacles.Haviing a good entrance prepares you for a positive. I was concerned before I entered motel . Room was better than I thought it would be.

In the building, look like new, exceptionally clean.

Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Room was not clean,paint was peeling very badly above shower falling pcs of paint in shower. Hallway and elevator was not cleaned. Parking lot was very dark not safe. I didn’t know this area so I picked the hotel on its name feeling it would be a good choice. I definitely over paid thinking it be a good choice but I was definitely wrong I could have stayed much cheaper in a different hotel. I was disappointed and will not stay in this brand hotel ever again.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean The top sheet and the fitted sheet were too small for the bed, which made for a very uncomfortable night. The remote for the TV didn't work, and we couldn't turn the TV on. The front desk lady had to bring us a new one.

My only complaint, and it's a big one, is not providing hand sanitizer in the breakfast area. Everyone is touching handles and serving spoons. Without hand sanitizer, people are bound to get sick! The guy at the desk that morning directed me to a hand sanitizer machine hidden around the back of a wall in a corner by the front desk, but it was empty. He offered nothing else.

We enjoyed our stay at this newly remodeled Hampton Inn. The staff ( Heather front desk) was very personable and professional. she gave us dinner recommendations and directions to the venue we were going to. Greeted us when we returned around 10:30 . I always stay in a Hampton when we travel if possible. Thank you Sandy Dowd

Very clean, friendly staff, great location

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Like sleeping on a rock. We had a 5 year old who stayed with us and even she said her little back hurt. Rooms were clean at least. Management seems to be non existent and hard to reach out to. Doesnt tell you the pool is closed until you are at check in and there is a small sign telling you its under renovation. We had a 5 year old who was crushed when we told her all day she could swim when we checked in.

Nice and clean, convenient location A little expensive

When I stayed here three years ago it was a pretty nice place. It has dramatically gone down hill since. The cleaning was subpar. The breakfast subpar. It needs a major revamp and some personnel change probably from the top to start with. A lot of laziness going on there and it shows.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good with a wide variety of options and everything was delicious in my opinion. Door had a large gap around the edge which let in a lot of bright light from the hallway. (Needs some sort of "weather stripping" around the perimeter to seal out some of the light and noise from outside the room.)
