Clean room. Although have to do something with the smell of the room. It smells like a musty wet rug. The breakfast is very good. Must do something with the slippery floor of the swimming pool.

Breakfast included hot eggs, a meat, 2 hot waffle/biscuit items & many fresh bagel & sweet bread items.

Clean room and great breakfast. Staff was very nice.

Breakfast was crowded and disappointing. Too many people were squeezing into the corner of the room trying to make waffles. There was only 1 employee trying to keep up with items running out and going to the back room to retrieve them. There was no meat, no fresh fruit, not even a banana. By the time we were able to get 1 thing something else ran out. The stay was not worth the money I paid, which was $30+ more than my last stay at a Fairfield in the Pgh. area.

Pretty pathetic hotel. About the only good part was breakfast. Old outdated building they dressed up. Lipstick on a pig special. Had blood stains on a pillow case our daughter was playing on. Front desk didn’t care, didn’t offer to discount the stay. Just replaced the pillow. Will never stay there again. Marriot should be embarrassed to have their name associated with the place. Ohh yea, water in sink didn’t drain either. I Had to pull out so it’d drain a little. Then would still overflow and kick up black crap from the drain pipe. So that lovely garbage was laying in our bathroom sink!

We arrived at hotel and everything seemed ok until we got to our room. First we paid for a bigger room with two tv’s but they didn’t work and one had no remote. Went down to front desk and maintenance guy came who could not speak English. He had to use his phone to communicate. He couldn’t get the tv’s fixed. Went to front desk again. Found out they had tv box issues and said it could take hours to fix. Maybe. Went back to room and saw refrigerator wasn’t cold. Went down to front desk again was told to turn up the temperature on refrigerator. Went back to room kneeled down on carpet and it was soaking wet. Went back to front desk and was told maintenance would be back. Same guy came in and pulled refrigerator out like he was mad. He put refrigerator on his shoulder and said something in his language and I opened the door for him and he left. I went down to front desk again and asked about a replacement refrigerator and the wet carpet. The guy at front desk said he didn’t have a refrigerator and he would put down some towels on wet carpet and would bring a fan. It was already around 8:00 pm and I didn’t even tell him the a/c wasn’t very cold in room. I asked what he was going to do to remedy the situation and he said …. Really nothing. I had enough. I told him we were checking out and I wanted a refund on my room but he said he could do nothing because it went through Expedia booking. We left and booked across the street for our stay… for a funeral we had to go to tomorrow.

I do not write reviews often but let me tell you, this room and property were so exceptionally clean. I travel the interstates every 6 weeks and stay at many properties. I always bring my own bedding bcuz hotels gross me out. I noted that although it’s an older property it was immaculate. Details matter!!!!

The room was basic. The hallways and elevators were not clean. The elevator smelled like marijuana horribly!! There were no amenities in the room like USB plugs, water, or anything. The breakfast was nothing more than some yogurt, coffee and some pastries. The worst of it all was I had three different charges on my card!! One for the price that was to be charged. 159.84. One for 289.84 and one for 100 dollars and no one could explain to me anything!!! Do not waste your money! This is a disgrace to the Fairfield Marriott brand!!!

Staff tried to double charge us. Then was rude and adamant that this was their “policy”. They wouldn’t refund us the room. So we had to stay. But it was a fight to not get charged double. The manager finally came down and blamed it on their new system. Which ok fine, but I still wasn’t paying double for a room. We will never use this hotel again.

Microwave in the room didn’t work. There were ants in the room. Booked a room and indicated we needed a portable crib, and called to confirm there would be a crib in the room and there wasn’t. When I asked for one, they handed me one from a storage room that was just sitting in the ground not covered. The body wash in the shower was empty, which I did t know until I was in the shower.

The hotel filled the need of a brief stop for sleep. The breakfast room had an odor that was not pleasant. The breakfast wasn’t very tasty and the coffee tasted water down. The room was adequate.

This place is the furthest thing from a Marriott property that I've ever experienced. Its disgustingly dirty. My shoes literally stuck to the carpet when I walked. Don't recommend. At all.
-
The TV didn’t work all night, staff couldn’t fix it. She just blew us off and never came back. There were also a significant number of barking dogs down the hall from us that we then couldn’t tune out. Super obnoxious, the manager lady heard them when she came up but didn’t do anything.

This hotel needs some deep cleaning and maintenance work. The property/rooms were not up to par with Fairfield standards.
-
Breakfast choices Nothing that I didn't like but the toilet contined to run until you played with it to stop. Reported upon exiting.
-
Dirty, unkept, and overpriced!
-
Staff was minimally welcoming as my husband went in front of me as he needed to use the bath room. They confronted him in a hostile manner until he said my wife is checking in. The woman checking me in just was not very welcoming. Other than that our stay was adequate.
