Everything was very clean and easy to check in and pet friendly! The pet walking area was nice and cleaned up as well. I would stay again.

Check in and check out were easy. All the windows were hazy, foggy or dirty, including the hallway windows. The room fridge had moisture inside and never got cold which was unfortunate. The mattresses were definitely past their prime and could use a refresh. There was only one ice machine and it was unplugged. In general, the hotel seemed a bit shabby. The location next to Bob Evans was nice and convenient.

If you come to this area and need a hotel, COME HERE! I cant say enough great things about the hotel itself, the staff, breakfast etc! The staff are really what makes it so nice to stay at though! The girls here are so sweet and genuinely amazing people. I would give it 100 stars if I could!

You get more than what you pay for here. It's clean,quiet,excellent shower,and a pool warm enough to swim in. Good breakfast, too. An older motel, that is trying hard to please it's customers.

Clean room, efficient check in and check out. Breakfast however left a little to be desired. Hot pancakes/waffle maker out of order. One of the two chaffing dishes didn’t have anything in it. Offerings seemed limited compared to similar level hotels. Coffee was not good. But good for sleeping somewhere clean while on the road.

Overall it is a nice hotel. It was clean, staff was friendly and they had a nice selection for breakfast.

We stayed 5 nights at wingate and got a deluxe king room and it was very spacious! Breakfast was good and staff were helpful! Will stay again!

Newly remodeled. Staff was the best very welcoming. Room was clean and worth the price. I did not have the included breakfast. Note, would be nice to have coffee reg, decaf & hot water for tea 24 hours. Also need long runners at entrance and walkways. Wet slippery floors when raining.

Great stay. Comfy beds. Clean and up to date room. Great buffet breakfast and indoor pool!!

Sinks only brought hot water, which is quite annoying when it’s time to brush your teeth!

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Staff friendly and helpful. It was costly for an older motel.

The staff was extremely helpful in putting our two rooms across from each other. The beds are super comfy...great place to stay. This is our third time staying, and will stay again this fall.

Was without power for awhile. Asked when booking to be on 1st floor, ended up on 3rd floor, no elevator, no A/C, no discount...

Facilities were very clean to staff was very nice and the food was very good. I will be back.

We’ve stayed here a couple times in the last month. Smells clean and fresh inside the lobby and rooms. Beds are very comfortable. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Price is very fair. We will definitely stay here again when passing through. I think the outside could use a refresh

Pet area was very small and shared as smoking area.
