Harmony Inn

Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed and shower were great. Room needed some deep cleaning though - sticky arms on the chair, some crumbs underneath the radiator that were attracting ants.

Decent breakfast.

I have never had such a friendly staff. They were super excellent. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was a little disappointed no biscuits and gravy but will definitely stay again and our friends saw it and will too.

Very good stay very clean and reasonably priced

Liked the small extra niceties like the embossed H on toilet roll when starting it, the welcome card and chocolate, nice towels, spacious room, fridge and freezer. Check in was pleasant. Warned us there may be problems with charges. Had booked with Expedia. We did later discover a charge from both Expedia and Harmony on cc but upon calling the Inn it was quickly resolved. Very much enjoyed relaxing outside in their semi private outdoor lounge with comfy seating, table, chairs and grill for use prn. Breakfast was good however waffle griddle was initially cooler and husband's waffle became quite crunchy.

Shower was nice, breakfast area clean A truck from Iowa left lights on and truck run all night pointing at our windows, shades did not block light very good- I had to build a temporary barrier in room- not your fault but would have been nice if staff checks parking area in evenings for idiots.

was in town for a wedding. Great location, a lot around hotel, either to eat or a Hy vee across the street. Short distance from Schell's. No elevator ( bad knee for stairs)

Friendly staff.

Much the same as a quick link for a piece of fruit and a muffin---what I was looking for. Issued a key--when I came to the back door from my car it didn't work. There had been a change (unexpected) from the time I checked in. The clerk did make a quick adjustment...but it was a real pain in the A - - .

Round stay again.

Room very clean. Soap in tub needed to be filled and when I asked about he immediately filled it. 3rd time in last 3 years I have stayed here. Breakfast has lots of good options. It was very nice. Thank you.

That they served a very basic (cold) breakfast. Nice big refrigerator in the room. The air conditioner in the room did not appear to work.

The staff was helpful but didn't hover. The breakfast was very nice and even left out longer than the expected time which was nice for families. Parking was super close and easy.

Great place

Also next to a Pizza Ranch, so walked there for Supper! Convenient Really, the only thing would have been the breakfast! Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Room was in good repair although the toilet became unfixably backed up. Very good internet but very terrible breakfast during the week.

Didn’t like the fact that no one was at the front desk. Rang the bell, no one came, had to call.

However, the overall appearance of the hotel exterior, and interior are sub par. Hallways are dark and dingy. My room was in dire need of repair and updating. Curtains/drapes were soiled and had holes in them. Bathroom needs new paint job, tub was badly stained/worn.

The staff was great and the location was great Wasn’t clean enough and had people sitting in the parking lot talking below my window for hours couldn’t sleep and back door didn’t lock didn’t close properly
