7 Days Hotel Bronx

Hotel room descriptions are false. Hotel advertised king room with king bed but bed was barely Queen size. Rooms are dirty including dirty bedding with cigarette burns and dust.

Clean rooms air conditioner works really good

The hotel is simple. Room size was good. The staff is what shined. From the young lady at the front desk, to the cleaning, security and maintenance staff; all went above and beyond in providing a great experience. They were kind and responsive. One of the better budget friendly options in the Bronx. Highly recommend.

Its like if you were staying at a cheap motel, not family friendly, the place looks sketchy and dirty, and just from being in the lobby sketchy people were coming in, a group even got into an argument with the person in the front desk. Ended up going somewhere different after.

Everything was okay bed was soft room was really just a place to sleep the only problem was when I brought some family here to drop off my luggage I got grilled by the person at the front desk like I couldn’t bring any guests my daughter to our room just to drop off our luggage it wasn’t a good feeling other than that the room is really a place to sleep and stay out of the elements nothing special

There were bed bugs in the rooms and they bit me and I had to scratch until my I got some skin tears

too expensive with terrible service never again

I didn’t even get a room. Expedia is horrible!!

Towels and sheets were not clean. Staff was unfriendly and kept the security deposit even though it was only ten minutes after checking out time and we were still waiting for an uber. The fridge was broken.

The bed was large and comfortable, but the pillows were very firm and not very comfortable. There is parking available, but it’s limited. The first night the parking lot was full, so we had to park on the street. The second night we were able to get a parking spot. One thing I appreciated was that the hotel had security, which was definitely a plus. The location was one of the best parts of the stay. It was convenient for visiting the Bronx, Manhattan, and New Rochelle. Overall, I think this hotel is okay if you just need a place to sleep for one night. I personally wouldn’t recommend it for families with children, and I don’t think I would stay here again because of the cigarette smell.

You cannot go one a trip with nieces and nephews or younger siblings or cousins without an ID, or being the parent. They will not let them stay. They were rude about it.

It was a comfortable stay.

Trash, hotel has cheap sheets. Could find something better at the price!

Terrible place to. Staff was not very helpful and borderline rude. I checked it and left in 3 hours. The place smelled like a weed factory.
