My family and I had to settle for what it offered. Looks sketchy, no parking, the staff for the night shift was really rude to customers and started off very rube and mean but calmed down.

The curtains in the bathroom were ripped. The curtains on the windows were not properly hooked up. And on my second day there, the television wasn’t ! During the night there was someone smoking marijuana!

The front desk personnel was nice and informative. The rooms are clean. Perfect budget location close to the city for tourists. Highways are a stone-throw away. Home Depot is walking distance. Easy to get to, easy to find. The clientele is shady, but what can the motel management do about that? Nothing. They cannot discriminate. They are stuck with these people, which is a shame. I would not bring children to this property.

Hotel room descriptions are false. Hotel advertised king room with king bed but bed was barely Queen size. Rooms are dirty including dirty bedding with cigarette burns and dust.

Clean rooms air conditioner works really good

The hotel is simple. Room size was good. The staff is what shined. From the young lady at the front desk, to the cleaning, security and maintenance staff; all went above and beyond in providing a great experience. They were kind and responsive. One of the better budget friendly options in the Bronx. Highly recommend.

Its like if you were staying at a cheap motel, not family friendly, the place looks sketchy and dirty, and just from being in the lobby sketchy people were coming in, a group even got into an argument with the person in the front desk. Ended up going somewhere different after.

Location is perfect to jump on any of the Bronx highways. Home Depot is in walking distance. Bus stops are near. Netflix is available on the TV. Clientele was not appropriate for a family stay. Thank Heavens I was alone. Not the fault of the hotel, though.
