7 Days Hotel Bronx

The worst part of my stay happened around 6:00 a.m., when an employee was aggressively trying to remove another guest. They repeatedly banged on the door and yelled loudly, as if they were law enforcement. The noise woke me up, and I was unable to get any meaningful sleep afterward. This was completely unacceptable and ruined my stay. Because of these issues, I do not feel the room was worth what I paid, and I would like to request a full refund.

Definitely wasn’t expecting a place that rented rooms by the hour. It served its purpose for me to sleep but otherwise very sketchy

Barely anything. The staff aren’t friendly. And they don’t change towels or clean while you’re gone. I had to asked for fresh new towels.

I don’t like the pep working in the lobby my girl didn’t have id they didn’t let her in

Make sure you do NOT have an expired ID or have anyone underage without a parent, they will not let you stay. staff was just doing their job and was otherwise friendly. Room smelled so overwhelmingly like weed was hard to sleep. Was ok for a one night stay but could use some love.

Free parking Not enough light no microwave and the bathtub needs a handle on the wall so people don’t fall while showering

Hotel clerk was so rude . I went there with my girlfriend at 2 AM after we got back from the game. That’s the New York Knicks game. Nowhere on the side says they require two pieces ID one for you and one with the person that you with I was trying to explain to him that we live far away and that I have reserved the room through Expedia. He did not care and he just told us to find another hotel if we have another ID, I have my drivers license for my girlfriend left her in her car. We were forced to find another hotel in the Bronx at at that time you know there’s not that many this place to get no stars just for customer service and the security guy. There was no good either if anything, he agitated the situation over a horrible experience.

Location Room was dusty. Old bedsheets and smoke stains.

Semi Decent for what we paid Housekeeping do not come by and give us towels daily. Smelled like weed 24/7

Collective presence. Oh, it's what did I like here? Nothing really I wont rent theor again . Nothing really burn blankets room smell like cigarettes. .

It was just one night. It had parking in the rear. I don't think the price i paid was the value of the room.

The location, staff, and cleanliness were all on point. This hotel does not serve breakfast, and there was much smoking within the premises
