The room was dated and smelled musty. The bathroom fixtures had layers of dust. The kitchen and its appliances were dull and old.

Friendly staff who kindly upgraded our room. Modern decor in the lobby. Large breakfast buffet included in the rate. Close to the NY Botanical Garden which we visited. Shares a parking garage with a gym so it was more difficult to find a parking space at certain times of day.

Breakfast was great and bar was just as awesome.
-
Easy access to Fordham University, which is why we were there. Excellent for families because our suite had a bedroom with a door and a pull out couch. And the living area and bathroom were large. The bar had good hours and food. The pull out couch was not the most comfortable, but what couch is?

It was clean and staff was so friendly.

Location is not very convenient and you have to pay for parking for each night of your stay. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay and the hotel is overall clean and friendly atmosphere.
