Residence Inn New York The Bronx At Metro Center Atrium

Location is not very convenient and you have to pay for parking for each night of your stay. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay and the hotel is overall clean and friendly atmosphere.

Room was clean, staff was pleasant, parking was easy. And the stay was overall a 10 out of 10! We didn’t get up early enough for breakfast since we went to a concert the night before, so that’s the only thing we didn’t get to experience. But besides that, I absolutely loved the room. Very spacious and although the hotel was packed, it was still very chill and quiet.

The breakfast was good, nothing special, but good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

I stayed overnight for work and couldn't have been happier or more comfortable! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, very easy parking, quiet room, and a great breakfast! The bar service and food options were also wonderful, so there was no need to travel off site. It felt very safe too. Will stay again and highly recommend!

Great staff, good location, easy check in and convenient parking. Clean and very roomy and comfortable.

This hotel is in a terrible area. They were holding a private event and the music was so loud the entire block was vibrating. They could not accommodate parking for my Tahoe. One garage required an elevator and the other fills up at night. On street parking did not appear to be easy. We did not end up staying. We talked to the front desk and they allowed us to leave and have us a full refund with no problem. Staff at front desk was very friendly and nice.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very good everything there was clean I would definitely recommend this to a friend and I would stay again

The room had several design and maintenance issues. The shower only had a half-glass door, which made it difficult to keep water from splashing onto the bathroom floor. There were also no towel racks or convenient places to hang towels, which was surprisingly inconvenient. In addition, the TV did not function properly and was frustrating to use during our stay. While the hotel was adequate, it lacked the comfort and attention to detail I expected. With a few improvements to the room amenities and maintenance, the guest experience could be much better.
