I liked the room it was nice! Thin walls, didn’t sleep well even with the noise machine there was racket half the night.

Great service. The shuttle was a real bonus. All the staff were lovely. Nice sized room. The surrounding area is not the best. But this hotel is perfect for layovers and needing to be near the airport for a night.

The property is really nice inside and they have a free 24 hour shuttle to the airport. There isn’t really any food that is walkable, and there is noise from sanitation processing across the street. The hotel is good, the area is just kind of lacking.

Location of the hotel was horrible. I guess that was my fault. However the positioning of the bed in the room could cause bodily arm. I bumped my leg on the platform of the bed. It was evident that other guest had issues too. It was evident by the damage to the frame. Also there was no shower gel in the room. Got in around midnight and was not able to get a shower. I had paid for two days. Was in town for a funeral service. I checked out on Saturday instead of staying until Sunday. Also I had booked via Expedia. I now see that the hotel has charged my card $470.00.

This hotel was fully booked with no rooms available for everyone in lobby who had booked a room that night- so the lobby was full of people with no rooms to sleep in, including us. The staff was wonderful and comped everyone beverages while they searched for lodging.

It meets your needs after an unplanned overnight layover in Newark. It was a stressful transatlantic flight that was met by a perky and attentive concierge lady. She was able to turn around my foul mood into a one night stay and well-deserved short R and R. I would recognize her efforts if only I could remember her name. Expensive for one-night stay on an uneventful Monday night.
