The place smells like strong chemicals. You can’t eat before 5pm (this is outrageous) and it’s just not worth what they charge.

Place was nice but our room smelled musty and the TV did not work. We were not offered another room or anything when we called the front desk.

We chose this hotel ONLY bcs close to airport & offered shuttle to airport. The shuttle to airport left without picking us up. We were maybe max 30 sec late. When we checked in (9/11/26 late 10pm) we asked if we could have a shuttle at 6am (9/12/The front desk staff asked for room # and said we are all set. They said not to be earlier or wait outside. We were waiting right at the lobby when shuttle left. We were under the impression that it was only us and not other people. When asked the front desk the “super arrogant” front desk manager told us the shuttle left. No sorry, how can we help etc. We had to order uber and rush to airport. Overall bad experience and not using this hotel again. Quite few options close by.

It was a very nice hotel, with a convenient airport shuttle. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bistro restaurant offered nice selections. We had a very comfortable overnight stay there.

Don’t stay here. It’s not close to anything, stayed here for the giants game at MetLife because they claim they’re close to the stadium. They’re nowhere near it. They don’t shuttle the hotel is dirty. They never cleaned my room during the stay and it looked like they didn’t do anything besides make the bed for our stay. Too expensive to be that poor. All of this on top of loud guests at 2 AM just made for an unpleasant experience and because I booked it through Experian, there’s no recourse.

The service from the receptionists are terrible.

We loved the queen beds and having fresh air (screen door that opened on first floor) and the Starbucks coffee was great! The rooms feel a bit “worn” but it’s a great location and easy to park

Bistro menu was well prepared and delicious. Overall the hotel is older but well maintained. Beds were super comfortable!
