SpringHill Suites by Marriott Newark Liberty International

Accessible and comfortable

Location. Simple but good enough. Cannot complain. Cannot complain. Good enough!

Very good

The best hotel near EWR. They are doing shuttle 24/7 every 30 minutes. If you just landed you can call to the reception and they will pick you up! Friendly staff, they gave us room even it was 9:00am because they had free room. So good! After all day of travelling here this was so great! Breakfast was delicious a lot of choices. Very recommend this place. The room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable. Pool was great too. Also, if you need to go to NYC they can take you to the airport and from there you can catch public transportation.

Clean room, good breakfast. Didnt like they charge for parking! Employee working the front desk was slow, while another employee just stands there and doesnt help.

Pleasant

Perfect location and the 24-hour shuttle.

AC didn’t work and when I asked at 1 am to fix it they didn’t and asked me to pack and leave to another room and Voila — the ac in next room took 4 hours to come from 73 to 68 . Practically couldn’t sleep but their staff for breakfast are excellent

Exceptional

Location and breakfast are great.

The mattresses were very uncomfortable, and you could hear and feel the springs. The middle of the bed was sunk in. The jacuzzi had too much chlorine in it and the temperature was lukewarm. The water did not drain while taking a shower.

I’m never stayedin such a awful place before. It Was motel 6 with a different name.

ok

The breakfast was good; it was convenient having breakfast in the hotel. They need to clean the bathrooms more. I understand it is not a new hotel but the tub was dirty there was black seemed like dirt on the edges. The shower was not draining the water it was pooling in the tub. Underneath the sink and side of the bed where the night stand was placed was full of dust it seemed like it was not wiped in a long time. There was something stickey on the floor of the room by the tv tried everything but would not come off.

Very accommodating Our cruise time was delayed and they accommodated us with a late check out, no extra charge

Everything was good

Bad

Needs a refurbishment The smell in the room

The breakfast staff is working fast and very clean and always with a smile.
