Howard Johnson Hotel by Wyndham Newark Airport

We forgot our backpack in the room after checkout and the staff called us immediately after they realized The beds are described as if they are queen size but instead they are full size and I wouldn’t choose that hotel if I knew the beds were small so beware!

You had no breakfast deals and I had to pay $30.00 to get a cot!!! I have never had to pay that before. I feel that you should refund me my money. I have stayed at your establishments before and had no trouble. Thank you for your consideration.

Quiet space

Dirty. base boards had years of accumulated dirt. unbeliveable.

The location of the hotel is near industrial zone.. lot of noise at night :.: no restaurant/stores/ transportation nearby...: very dark....::

No Coffee? Anywhere? The coffee maker did not work and I asked about coffee. The man behind the desk said, "on the highway Rest stop".... They are from India and dont know how to make coffee?

A bed to sleep.

The Bathroom was disgustingly dirty!! And the bathtub was very old! With cracks in it tub. It was the worst hotel Bathroom I have ever experienced. Above answer

Meh. Not a great choice. A cheap flop maybe ok if the price is good.

The concessions worker was very kind and helpful. It was filthy. My non-smoking room was tinted yellow and reeked of smoke. The windows were so dirty, you couldn’t see through them, and there were dead bugs smashed on the walls.

It's Newark, what can you say?

When you arrive you will find check-in behind bulletproof glass. The place is run down and needs much attention. The toilet in the room randomly started running all throughout the night. The hotel is also situated right in the flight line of Newark Airport. The description said there was a restaurant but if there was one it certainly wasn’t open. There is also no shuttle to the airport making it not very convenient.

Rooms smelled, bathroom faucet leaked, card reader in door did not work, everything sucked

A WWII bomb shelter would have been in better condition.
