Airport shuttle service vehicle is much too small for a hotel this size. Needs to run more frequently, or use a larger mini bus style vehicle. Our room was clean. However, mine if the outlets worked, except for one. The others were loose when trying to plug in something. Room smelled slightly musty, but AC worked very good. Water pressure was ok, but lack of consistent hot water was annoying when showering. Otherwise, overall it was a pleasant stay for one night.

Great property - only con is that there is no easy way to get to it or leave - no near public transportation

Staff was helpful and airport transport was timely.

The problems started before we even arrived at the hotel. We waited approximately 30 minutes for the airport shuttle in the heat and darkness. When it finally arrived, it was overcrowded, making an already stressful situation even worse. When we went to the restaurant, we waited to be seated, but the hostess was nowhere to be found. We asked the bartender for assistance, but she was unhelpful and simply told us to wait. After about 20 minutes, the hostess finally arrived, only to tell us they were no longer serving food. After a long day of canceled flights and travel delays, this was incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, our room (#52) was just as disappointing. The floors were sticky, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, the room phone emitted a constant buzzing noise throughout the night, and the air conditioner was so loud that it was nearly impossible to sleep. Between the noise and the uncomfortable accommodations, we got virtually no rest. We had to leave at 4:00 a.m. to catch our flight, and after traveling all day without sleep because of the conditions in the room, we were completely exhausted. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. We understand that flight cancellations are beyond the hotel’s control, but we expected a clean, quiet room and basic customer service after such a difficult travel experience awful

A good option if you need to stay a night before a flight. Check-in and check-out were very fast.

Beautiful room, perfect location. Very cool to see planes land and take off. Staff were awesome and kind; Ted’s had great food. The cheesecake from the cafe was delicious too. I will definitely be back!

My stay here was okay but I wouldn’t come back. Our room had a lot of moisture in it, it didn’t seem like it was ventilated well. And it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked it to be. There was hair and dirt still on floors when we came in. The parking situation could’ve been better. We paid for parking but one night we had to park all the way in the back where a bunch of trucks and buses were located which was convenient since we had a long day and were in pain so doing that walk wasn’t fun. But other than that it was okay.

I like that the check in was very fast. The personal was very friendly and polite. The room was very clean and for me the most important it was very quiet.
-
Also, Not sure if this room has curtains to block the night lights, but I couldn’t sleep because of the so shinny lights of the city, and the sun so early. Other than that, it was good.

There was mold in the bathroom and the water would not drain from the tub. Sheets smelled weird

One of the staff gives me wrong information and almost forget to return my ID, they dont have name plate so i dont know her name

I feel like they should have a limited complimentary breakfast for those who don't buffet style items. Other than that that the hotel and all of the amenities were great 👍 The fact they have an on-site restaurant and bar is awesome

Prior to our stay, we utilized the shuttle bus, and the driver was timely, friendly, and extremely helpful. We used the shuttle bus at 4 am upon our departure without any mishaps. The hotel also features a 24-hour cafe with drinks, pastries, salads, etc. and is all fairly priced and super convenient. A shared microwave is available in the lobby as well. Breakfast vouchers can be purchased (I think $15 per guest), but we did not utilize this feature. A gym is also available, but due to our limited time at the hotel this was not a feature we used. The hotel room itself was clean and spacious. The tub did drain rather slowly, but honestly it was not a deal breaker for us—the fridge in the room along with the slew of amenities (iron/ironing board, coffee maker, hair dryer, tv, writing desk, adjustable AC, Dove branded shampoo/conditioner, body wash & hand soap, and numerous outlets) outweighed such a minor issue. Further, I have to highlight and applaud all staff that we interacted were not just friendly but helpful and kind. I can’t recommend this place enough and I am so beyond words of the staff’s hospitality.

Everything was good no issues. Only thing was crazy was the $20 per person for buffet breakfast.

I had a great stay. The staff was friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that it was extremely difficult to reach the staff by phone, but once I arrived, it didn't affect my stay. Overall, I had a positive experience.
