Great property team that made the stay easy

Everything was great.

Having stayed at other holiday inn’s it wasn’t clear to me when I booked that breakfast was not included. The hotel and staff were great and shuttle very convenient. There should be a discount for when flights are cancelled and people check in close to midnight!

Great staff but minimal amenities.

But, unfortunately, it ruined the whole thing and he had to stay there the night cuz nothing else was available. But he checked out the next day even though the booking was for two nights. The whole place stinks with weed smell.

One microwave in the lobby everyone on the entire building use on top that they don’t clean it daily

Lovely to get in the pool on a boiling hot day.

Room was very used and dirty, early in the morning we saw a cockroach roaming around the room. The staff said they would look into it. The linens were clean but would not stay here again.

I thought it was a good place. They are a bit pricy . They charge for everything and anything . But I do want to say the front desk guy I believe his name is Jay, he was amazing! He went way way beyond for us to check us in early. He was also very helpful when I had questions about the train, subway. He was very calming very kind and he explained everything so well. He is amazing !

Overall the hotel was great! Rooms was clean and well kept, thought the front lines are long the staff was fast to get everyone checked in swiftly

Whenever we travel, we stay at Holiday Inn, so we were disappointed to see that this location doesn't follow the tradition of having continental breakfast like the other locations. Also, we bought food from the café and one item was especially disappointing. We paid $12 for a chicken wrap and there was hardly any chicken, just a ton of lettuce and one or two pieces of chopped tomato. Not worth the $12

Overall, we had a good stay.

Staff is really good, but rooms are not so well vacummed, and the bathroom toilet stinks
