It was amazing

Una Hotel nuevo todo nuevo y limpio. Buen restaurante y transporte incluido al aeropuerto.

The hotel is nice, but the housekeeping staff is too loud in the morning. They were talking to people at the other end of the hallway and on their phones at 8-8:30 in the morning when some people were still sleeping.

Long wait for the shuttle from P3 but a good driver and helpful. Front desk was fine at check-in but could not make chdnge. Bed was not comfortable. 3 minutes after arriving in my room, there was a fire alarm. Once I made it down 5 flights, the front desk said false alarm, but it didn't end for another 12 minutes, after fire truck showed up. Waiting for my 5 am shuttle, a drill sergeant from their staff lined up a large tour group across the lobby, blocking the door and kept yelling orders at them for 10 minutes.

At this property, the staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the beds were amazingly soft, comfortable clean. The property is in a great location to get on the freeways and with access to New York City.

Clean and quiet room.

Loved the 24 hour mini service amenities. Stayed here a few times and will continue.

Room was not getting cooler enough

Booked my stay with breakfast included, found out you have to go back at the from desk to get the passes, staff was not welcoming at all, I was called rude for asking questions, but I blame the management for training their staff. To pay that kind of money you expect at least welcoming staff.

Bad

If your plan is to stay for a New York City trip, it is not very convenient. Without a car you will not have direct access. There is a restaurant and 24 hour coffee shop on site but is not walkable to anything. You will need to Uber from the hotel to Newark Penn Station (~$18 one way most days $47 one way on one special event night) and then take the NJ transit train into Manhattan each day and then NJ transit and Uber back to the hotel at the end of your day($6 each way per person) Its not an overly complicated process but can be expensive and time consuming if you are making multiple day trips. 4 days were about $300 dollars just for transportation to and from Newark and Manhattan. There is a convenient, free airport shuttle provided by the hotel. Can still be a savings from staying in Manhattan but just advising for budgeting purposes. 😀

Hotel was clean, shuttle to and from airport every 30 minutes, nice rooms, comfortable bed. There was a place to grab food and coffee to go. Restaurant staff was very nice.
