Cherry Valley Hotel

Exceptional

The beautiful courtyard. The bar area was comfortable and the bartenders were nice. The outdoor verandas were in need of repair, cleaning and updating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

First time staying there . I was amazed by the room didn't expect it to be so spacious.front desk staff and housekeeping were friendly . I'll definitely be back!!!!

Was just disappointed the jacuzzi/hot tub was broken. Thats one of the main things I was looking for in a hotel this occasion. Although disappointed with that, I was very pleased with the size of the tub in my room!! Just the jacuzzi being broke

Convininent, for traveling nice tidy, large complex, excellent room BUT As disabled with walking difficulties 66 yr and 73 yr wife , lifts are in weird position to rooms, and long walks are required, with suit cases, we did not know this till wa arrived at our room, so please use the trolleys for suitcase and possibly ask for room near Eli ator / lift

Staff, the outside, the bar area were all really nice, I just wished the room would have reflected the same updating, especially for the price that we paid.

There were people smoking by the entrance and the whole place smelled like smoke it felt like being in a basement my room had so much deodorizer sprayed in it it was sickening and smelled damp if you opened the drapes you were looking into the parking lot The room looked newly renovated but to many other negatives I would not stay here again

There were also serious concerns regarding security. we noticed that doors throughout the hotel were propped open. At first, I assumed people had simply placed stones there temporarily while bringing in their luggage. However, we later discovered that the doors remained propped open with rocks throughout the night by hotel staff. Anyone could enter without notice

Claro, así queda más natural para una reseña: I stayed at this hotel while picking up my daughter from university. The place itself is nice, but unfortunately, the service from the staff wasn’t the best. Maybe it was because we’re Latino, but their attitude toward us felt a little strange and made us feel somewhat uncomfortable. What I didn’t like was that when we arrived, the person at the front desk wasn’t friendly and was very short with us.

Two downfalls were 1. We asked for a ground floor room as I walk with a cane and rollater. They placed on the second floor which the walk to the elevator wasn’t long but our room was 15 rooms from the elevator. A rad far to walk for me. No explanation was given as to why no ground floor room. 2. Some guests on the second floor allowed their children to run up and down the halls slamming doors well after 10:00 pm and quiet hour.

I have stayed at the Cherry Valley hotel several times while traveling for work because it's only 7 minutes from the office. Every time I've went all of the staff are so phenomenal and provide exceptional service. This time was the first time I had actually been in the courtyard as my room was facing into the courtyard and they have it all decorated for fall and had igloos set up, it was kind of a magical thing at night with all the lights. I highly recommend going to see all of the lights and hanging out at the in the courtyard at night.

Property is beautiful and staff were very friendly and helpful. Kayla at the front desk was so kind and beyond welcoming.
