The property is not taken care of. There was a dead bug in our bathroom. The toilet was stained. The pool had things floating all in it and was unbearably hot when you walked into the pool area. All in all, would never come back. The elevator sounded like someone was manually moving it. Terrifying.

The lightbulbs are low wattage. Bring some of your own to make seeing easier. also bring your own soap and shampoo / there are 3 pump bottles attached to the shower wall , who knows what they have gone thru. would have liked a recliner chair in the room instead of an odd shaped chair. room was clean / plenty of hot water and the ice machine worked well. Room was quiet.

Did not see breakfast available. Beds are very uncomfortable. Front staff did not talk about amenities at check in. Front staff seemed inconvenienced at check out.

Without our knowledge they switched our reservation from 2 queen beds to one king bed in the room right next to the kitchen with all early morning noise and smell of food.

The staff were the friendliest that I have ever seen. From checking in to checking out and everyone I met in between. A wonderful night's stay!

The staff were wonderful. They were helpful, friendly and polite. Nice area for family to gather in the main lobby. The rooms were spotless and the beds were comfortable. Our walk-in shower looked newly renovated. There was a good size sofa sleeper in the room that look very new and was spotless. The wooden furniture such as the dresser and desk were very worn. There was no microwave in the room! This is the first hotel I have stayed at that did not provide a microwave and we travel frequently. This was very disappointing.
