The place is old, smells a little, carpets are gross, elevator was very slow. Mattresses have major divots from to much use.

The toilet was built for kids or little people, to low to the ground. The data port was under the desk making it hard to get at. Which is very difficult when you have a bad back and arthritis in both knees. It needs to be up near the desk for easy access. Vehicle got broke into, which was another $260 repair. NO FREE COFFEE, no continental breakfast.

This hotel is in the bottom decile of Courtyard Marriott's I have stayed at over the years. It is not in a good location and the first room we were given smelled quite musty like there was a mold problem that needed to be addressed. The second room we were given was better, but the air conditioning unit still had a musty smell to it. This hotel reminded me more of a Motel 6 than a Courtyard Marriott. It would probably be a good property for Marriott to divest.

The only disappointment was the price you paid. No coffee bar (other than coffee in your room) or breakfast provided free of charge.

Super nice location. Very friendly staff and clean hotel. The price gouging was absolutely horrible. I wish they hadn't done it because I'd like to stay at this location again, but won't because of gouging.

The property is not taken care of. There was a dead bug in our bathroom. The toilet was stained. The pool had things floating all in it and was unbearably hot when you walked into the pool area. All in all, would never come back. The elevator sounded like someone was manually moving it. Terrifying.
