Great staff with convenient location

The staff was wonderful. My room wasn’t ready. They upgraded me and took really good care of me. The only thing that wasn’t working was the pool that was sad cause that was one of the reasons we took this hotel because of the pool.

Staff accurate and professional. Also personable! Costs totally within reason. Breakfast could use a little boost, mostly in the freshly cooked eggs and meats. Maybe a guest survey on check in would give the dining staff a better heads up as to # coming down to eat. Over all, good value for cost!

ROOM WAS PERFECT AS ALLWAYS AT THIS LOCATION, SIGNING IN WAS FRIENDLY AS WHEN SIGNING OUT. ALL STAFF MEMBERS WERE FRIENDLY EAGER TO HELP OUT WITH ANYTHING WE NEEDED.

Very helpful front desk staff, housekeeping, and breakfast crew. The neighboring property was under construction so parking was a little tight. The breakfast of coffee, yogurt and waffles was delicious. More staff would be nice.

I stayed in this hotel for one night while in town for a softball tournament. My room had a strange smell, my pillowcase had a greasy boot stain on it, and the shower/tub was the most slippery place I’ve ever experienced. The walls are thin and not insulated, so you can hear everything going on around you. Not my favorite stay.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. All the common areas were clean and well maintained.

It was a nice stay.. I would stay again. The breakfast needed attention, Both trash cans were overflowing. Staff was great.

My only complaint would be i stayed three days but on the second day my room key didnt work so I had to have them do it again. I was told it was because the employees are lazy and only ever do it for one day...kind of odd if you ask me. And to know that it's being done on a regular basis but it doesn't get fixed is beyond me.

ROOM PERFECT,PARKING SAFE,BREAKFAST IS WHAT I LIKE EVERY TIME WE ARE THERE AND MOST OF ALL FRONT DESK LADIES (FORGET NAMES)ARE GREAT. HOUSE KEEPING IS GREAT.

Great location that is close to shopping and restaurants. I stayed here due to its proximity to all of the Longaberger basket roadside attractions. Perfect for a one night stay.
