Reserved three double queen room for two nights. I was given two double queens and one king. Not very pleased with that outcome.

Ice machine broken, pool boarded over and completely unusable, dirty hallways and room. Toilet paper and tissue were not restocked, and when we requested them from the front desk, they were never delivered.

Staff very friendly, clean building, good location. No smart TV, room was cool but not cool enough

Dirty room-front loops under the AC unit. Poorly maintained: shower handle very loose-shower dirty, stained wash cloth. Are was poor too-sirens all night, not walkable.

The staff was very pleasant and friendly. That was about the only positive thing that can be said about this facility. The noise coming through from the exterior was the worst I've ever encountered. I think the window was made out of plastic wrap. Every electronic, including the AC, fridge, microwave, and TV, were unplugged. The bathroom door handle came off in the middle of the night. The room smelled musty, like old smoke. The curtains did not close all the way.

All the main features were fine-comfy bed, clean, and good value, but some updates and repairs are still needed. The faucet’s hot/cold settings were installed in the opposite direction. Also, there is spotty staffing at the reception desk. We had to wait a while to check in because no one was at the front desk. Same for check out! Maybe a weekend when there were too few scheduled? Would still stay again though because of the price.

Desk people are not polite. Breakfast is always late. Coffee only when breakfast room is open which is always late. Found long thick black hair in my bathroom even when nobody was supposed to be in there. Pretty much a spruced up Super 8. Typical Indian owned shit hole

Great hotel with wonderful, welcoming staff. The rooms were very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
