Staff service There were bed bugs on my bed, couldn't sleep

Let me start by saying bless the heart of those staff that work there, they were nice and helpful. But the real review was about the room. I don’t know how this place has any good reviews. Let’s start by saying the place was so run down and outdated. You walk in there were 3 mouse traps INSIDE the room. One was a glue trap that had bugs on it. The fridge did not work. The restroom needed Jesus. Tiles were cracked and stained, the shower curtain had mold and stains so did the one towel in the rack. I had half a toiler paper roll and there were flies coming out the toilet/sink drain. I was so afraid a damn mouse would have jumped into my luggage or on my face when I was asleep. I get we all need to save money both as travelers and hotel owner but geeze there’s a limit. I checked out the soonest I woke up from a nap. I felt bad cuz the lady in the front asked what was wrong.

Honestly, for the price, this place was great. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating as well. Two thumbs up!

Clean room and the staff is very helpful

Floor in room not swept, have to re-use towels and after using them for 2 days I had to go aske for clean towels (rooms should be cleaned every day with fresh towels), TV remote not working properly and once turned on I was unable to change it from an HDMI input to the cable service. Also, the cover on the mattresses, under the sheets, sounds like crumbling a potato chip bag. The WiFi worked well.

Nothing The room was dirty, doesn't look like it's been cleaned ever. Bedding was dirty, matresses old and gross! Never again!

There was nothing that I liked about this property. Facility is very ran down. I did not feel safe here at all. The front desk lady was very sloppy and unprofessional. Rooms were dirty and smell awful. This facility needs to just be burned to the ground. Was told by a guest that alot of homeless stay here. Needless to say I did not stay here I took a 1st night loss of payment. Do not stay here!!

Nothing. Everything was sketchy. Unsafe community. The staff had safety concerns of their own and closed the lobby at certain hours. Pot smokers. Just a run down inn not worth staying at even if it's to save some money. Never coming again.
