The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!

No microwave. Doors wouldn’t fully close. Intermittent hot water. Great location and staff though.

A larger tv in the room would have made it much better

A very nice hotel with a great breakfast and really great employees who always step up if there's a problem.

Hotel was oversold and had no room for us, though we had prepaid and had called the night before to make sure our reservation was as expected. No phone call in advance of arrival. Staff did help us find an alternate hotel, however we will not be staying at this particular hotel again.

The room was quite comfortable and well equipped, and the continental breakfast was quite good.

Over priced, barn door on bathroom , sink faucet ridiculous barely reaches sink. Have stayed at much nicer updated Hampton, would not book there again

I wish they had let me know that you have to make a special request to have your room made up after your first night. I had to go ask for towels and make up my room myself.

The breakfast was good. The staff (desk, housekeeping, etc) were very nice and helpful. It was ideally located for us. FREE COFFEE!!! Actually can't think of anything

I booked the room but upon arrival they had no rooms. The lady at the front desk said the owner now allows overlooking which means your room isn't guaranteed. Kind of defeats the purpose of the reservation. Which really is the most important part HOLDING THE RESERVATION.

I would have gave it an excellent if the pool wasn't closed on the hottest day of the year. We were coming from a race at National trails and just wanted to jump into a cool pool, with the temp well into the 90's, before bed. If I would of know the this I would of booked a different hotel. The plus's...room was clean, quiet and cool. The beds and pillows were super soft. Slept like a baby. Did not hear any noise from inside or outside the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was nice. We had slice kielbasa with fried potatoes and an omelet. Yogurt, fresh fruit, and juice. My son had cereal and a banana. They also had make your own waffles and oatmeal, plus muffins and a toaster for bread. They have the best coffee too and cookies for late evening snack. If the pool is fixed, I would stay here again next time.

The location was good and it was a good breakfast. The staff that I encountered were all friendly and accommodating when it was possible. I was on the 3rd floor and the roof mounted air unit was load and constant. Also shower gel dispenser in my room was bone dry the first night/morning. The rooms have an acrid smell. I suspect it’s the air freshener but it has a very sharp chemical smell.
